plus..pastikan makanan tu jugak tak tercemar dgn racun serangga...
hari tuh dlm halal journal ke bio ntah ada citer pasal nih..rs nak mkn sayur jek..aku rs ulam2 kita pun bgs jugak..

mmg betul la makan sayur & bijirin ni elok utk kesihatan
tapi kena disediakan dgn cara yg betul & jangan diambil secara berlebihan
dan kena tau jugak - ada sesetengah sayur yg xleh dimakan bila kita ambik ubat2 tertentu
contohnya macam sayur yg kaya dgn vitamin K (sayur hijau, asparagus, brokoli),
xleh di-mix dgn anti-coagulant drugs : sbb ia akan reverse effect ubat tu
& menyebabkan blood clotting, dan seterusnya sakit jantung atau stroke..
macam carrot, tomato, kentang, halia & serai lak mengurangkan keberkesanan
atibiotik, laxative & cholesterol-lowering drugs..
bijirin yg high fiber lak mengurangkan keberkesanan heartbeat stabilizing drugs..

kena tahu apa yg kita boleh/xboleh ambil dalam keadaan tertentu..
& kena tahu gak ada sesetengah sayur yg boleh memudaratkan diri & jejaskan kesihatan
(kalau diambil secara berlebihan atau xdisediakan dgn betul)
kena dicuci bersih2 sblm masak - lebih2 lagi sayur hijau & root vegetables
sbb mengandungi level nitrat yg tinggi - boleh menyebabkan kanser gak tu (esophagus)

antara contoh2 lain 'keburukan' pengambilan sayur2an & bijirin ni, antaranya :
- tomato : leh menyebabkan pening & acid reflux (heartburn, indigestion)
- soyabean & wholegrain cereals : flushing, sweating & BO
- asparagus, brokoli, bayam, kentang, lobak, labu, halia :
           menyebabkan dandruff, rambut gugur; kulit+tepi bibir jadi kering & merekah

byk lagi la sayur2 & bijirin yg patut dielakkan pengambilannya dalam waktu tertentu
kena rajin2 amik tau jugak.. yg paling penting cara penyediaannya & jangan berlebihan
