Undang-undang bilik sakit

this might be trivial but i need nice compact ideas for the safety of my schoolchildren.
panggil sumer cecikgu dan doktor 
haku kena buat undang undang bilik sakit di sekolah
can u suggest some ideas supaya undang2 ni nampak syumul?

PIBG kena main peranan buat suggestion kpd sekolah supaya ada bilik untuk pelajar yg sakit (sick bay). Ubat2 yg biasa pun kena ada juga macam panadol, ubat luka, minyak2 angin. Ahli2 bulan sabit merah boleh buat giliran duty setiap hari. Mereka ni juga patut diajar basic mengenai penyakit dan rawatan yg mudah sebelom dihantar kehospital/klinik. |

do's and dont's bila berada dalam tu
apa yang mensyaratkan boleh berada dalam tu
bla bla bla
sapa ader undang undang bilik rawatan or ICU or ER dalam ospital? |

kalau ada mesti ada yang duty dalam tu especially bila ada budak dok rehat/tidur kat situ. mesti ada yang bertanggungjawab. macam kat kilang-kilang ada inudstrial nurse on duty. i tak setuju langsung bab ada ubat like panadol and what not. i would certainly NOT allow any of my kdis orang bagi ubat makan. setakat ubat luka sapu-sapu tu oklah. andaikata ada allergic reaction ke apa? i think it should be for very minor cases saja. kalau sakit teruk tu like muntah or demam panas or sakit perut or kepala yang teruk better call the parents. |

ok so no panadol
kalau gi kursus PBSM etc pon memang dilarang bagi ubat makan
penah ader satu parents call cakap anak dia kalau bagi panadol akan menjunam health dia reaching chronics!
bahaya wooo...
tapi budak2 ni memang ramai betol yang merengek mintak panadol
nak call parents (since derang dudok asrama)
parents plak suwoh bawak gi klinik and malas nak jenguk.
kalau malam malam
kering poket haku antar swasta... |

sesiapa yg ada allergy pada ubat, parents kena tulis pada sekeping kad, suruh anak tu simpan. Bila dia sakit dan perlukan rawatan, tunjukkan pada guru/warden ada ubat yg dia tak boleh makan. Ini tanggungjawb parents. Jika anak tinggal diasrama dan jatuh sakit, pehak sekolah kena bawa kehospital yg terdekat. Jangan tunggu parents datang. Buat satu kenyataan bertulis dan ditandatangan oleh parents membenarkan pehak sekolah membawa budak2 tu kehospital. Yg mengidap penyakit berjangkit, parents kena ambil bawa balik. |

apa kata letakkan sorang doc kat bilik sakit tu... nurse pun jadikla.. yang dah pencen and takde keje pun jadikla.. senang sikit nak beza budak sakit main2 ke idok.. |

SICK BAY POLICY
INTRODUCTION:
Children are sent to Sick Bay for the following reasons:
1. illness occurring during class time;
2. an accident in the playground; or
3. requiring a change of clothing
The following procedures is followed for children entering Sick Bay:
The First Aid Officers assesses the child抯 condition and decides that one of the following actions is necessary:
1. child remains under observation;
2. child is provided with first aid and returned to class in minor injury cases;
3. child is assessed as being ill and parents rung immediately to collect child; or
4. in circumstances of extreme injury, an Ambulance is called and parent contacted as per Departmental rules.
NOTE:
1. Where parents are unable to be contacted, the decision is taken by the Principal or delegate in relation to the most appropriate action.
2. The First Aid Officer is on duty between 8.40 am and 2.15 pm
3. From 2.15 pm, the children who enter the Sick Bay are supervised by School Assistants in co-operation with the School Principal and Deputies. Any decisions regarding action following 2.15 pm is a collaborative decision-making process.
4. Children who enter the Sick Bay are recorded in a register for all sickness and injuries.
5. Parents sign the register when collecting their child from the Sick Bay.
6. All decisions regarding any action taken in the school are the responsibility of the Principal or his delegate following consultation with the First Aid Officer and other personnel who may be involved.
7. The position of First Aid Officer is negotiated each year with the Senior School Assistant and School Assistants. The position must be held by a permanent ancillary employee of the school who holds a first aid certificate and volunteers to carry out the duties.
In the event parents, caregivers or contact persons are not available and where the student抯 condition is of concern, the stated doctor will be contacted for advice re action i.e. calling an ambulance, medication etc. |

ckp pasal sick bay terus teringat matron kat skolah haku yg garang giler...aku rs ubat basic like panadol ada ler..then kalo ada bdk sakit besenyer ada trip gi antar ke hospital ler or kkk ler..sakit gigi of course antar gi klinik gigi kerajaan ler..aku igt dulu kalo demam skit2 jumpa dia nih trus ilang demam..kalo demam tinggi skit..trus demam trukk.. aku rs dia pun mcm ada skit record ler..aku rs kalo ada nurse yg baik2 skit kan beshh..nurse mcm BM ke..hehe...
neway kalo mcm kawan2 nak melawat pun seigt aku mcm melawat wad jugak ler..ada time.. |
