NAK BLACKLIST BENGKEL

salam..

citer nih panjang skit...kete saya eksiden bulan lepas..dah antar bengkel n claim insurans..2 minggu lepas dah amik kete...banyakla x puas hati, bonet goyang2, front grill renggang giler dgn lampu, fog light xde..yg paling mendatangkan marah banyak sangat calar balar  so dah komplen ngan bengkel tu..die kata lepas cny antar balik diorg betulkan balik...so bawak jugakla balik kete tu..dah bwk kete baru perasan lower arm bengkok...so esoknya bwk pegi bengkel mintak diorg betulkan...boleh plak tokey tu kate xde kena mengena ngan eksiden tu n insurans x cover..saya dah hangin dah n memang rasa bengkel ni memang ade something wrong..lepas puas bertekak barula tokey bengkel tu nak buat lower arm tu... ptg tu hubby pegi insurans mintak senarai brg yg bengkel tu tukar n mintak tukar adjuster n nk buat claim baru..
staff tu kate ok asap adjuster baru akan call..2 hari tunggu tapi x call gak..kali ni saya plak call..boleh staff tu menangkan bengkel tu..saya pun hangin la siap marah2 die lagi, die kata plak tu bukan bidang kuasa die..ngan saya ckp lain ngan hubby ckp lain...die kata nanti die mintak boss die call..2 hari tunggu x call gak...

so 2 hari lepas tu hubby plak call lagi..staff ni dah xnak ckp ngan kitaorg..die suh staf lain ckp...adjuster lama nak tengok kete so kitaorg bwk kete tu g bengkel..kat sana bertekak plak ngan tokey bengkel..die kate dah kow tim pun nak report lagi...saya ckp saya customer saya ada hak..dah die pun buat keje cincai, adjuster tu sendiri ckp bengkel ni memang dah ramai customer komplen tapi die xleh buat ape...so lepas recheck kete tu adjuster setuju buat claim balik...antar kete lepas cny..tapi saya still rasa x sedap hati...mintak hubby pegi proton sc lagi kalu boleh nak report bertulis..kali ni hubby siap bwk kamera..memang tepat tekaan saya ada 11 major item yg diorg claim diorng tukar tapi just ketuk je...kali ni memang saya dah ilang sabar...nampak mcm insurans ni ada komplot je ngan bengkel ni..hubby call balik insurans n berckp sendiri ngan claim manager n citer semua psl major item yg x ditukar tu..die janji nak siasat kes ni n bagitau lepas cny..so till saat ni xde pun call..so we all dah dcide nak hantar surat aduan kat insurans..n utk elakkan perkara ni dari berulang lagi saya nak mintak supaya bengkel ni diblack list...tapi saya nak mintak nasihat korang semua mcm mana dan pada siapa patut saya tulis surat aduan supaya dpt black list kan bengkel ni...saya xnak org lain pun kena mcm saya..nampak sgt bengkel ni nak untung besar...harap ade yg boleh tolong...

itu la nak blacklist bengkel, tapi tak cakap nama bengkel........

kawan wa bagi nasihat la dia cakap kalo kereta eksiden antar jer kat servis centre diorang, kalo kereta nissan antar kat nissan, kalo toyota antar kat toyota, kalo proton antar kat proton....

diorang buleh buat, kal claim insurans,

silapnya husband la terlalu percaya kat kawan die..benda dah jadi xleh nk undur balik kan..itula sebab saya nak hantar surat pd pihak yg bertnaggungjawab supaya bengkel ni diblacklist, biar die xleh cari makan dgn menipu insurans dan pelanggan

dia ingat keta tu beli kat kedai runcit ke,

tamo pakai buang,

patut untung bilion, mmg cis la diaorg ni,

itula sebab saya bersungguh-sungguh nak blacklist bengkel nih..insurans company pun loklak..surat aduan utk insurans dah siap cuma xde idea nak buat surat aduan psl insurans company ni plak..dah consult ngna bank negara tadi...kalu nak wat aduan psl bengkel memang kena antar kat insurans ngan PIAM

tp servis cam hampeh,
agak panda pegang spanar pun dah nak repair keta,
pastu keta customer jadi tmpt diaorg practise kan budak2 baru keja/belajar,

PIAM wa rasa not the best place. they protect industri interest; ada logic ka set up by industry to look agains their interest?

tuan punya bebenang:
wa rasa talipon insuran kompeni, cakap lu dah bwk kete pegi ke proton kat glenmarie (assuming awk pakai kete proton).

satu trade secret: insuran kompeni takleh pakai alasan 'bukan panel workshop' kalu kita hantar kete kita ke workshop jenama tersebut.
sbg cth:
kalu mesidis hantar jer kat ccb kat jln 222; atau kalu bmw eksiden kat IDR antar jer atas flatbed all the way to their centre kat tg pelepas. and the bleedin insurance company MUST foot the bill, they hv no choice. apa barang hantar kat bengkel ah kiong kat segambut?

kalu insurance claim clerk cuba bwk story pasal 'not authorised' atau 'not in the panel' just bambu jer cakap kalau nko cuba klentong lagik aku repot kat bank negara.

satu lagik cara insurance company buat keje tang claims pasal kete:
1. bila kete dah sampai wokshop bertauliah, the wokshop buat quotation, sbg cth RM 35k lengkap dgn checklist.
2. insurer hantar adjustor, tgk checklist, tick here tick there the new total will be reduced to RM 20k.
3. The adjustor's list masuk dlm fail kat claims clerk, mamat nih pulak vet thru tick here tick there sambil ckp "ini buleh ketuk jer", "ini kedai potong ada", "ini kasi tarik sket", "ini burkina faso punya lagi murah" etc.... and new total approved utk wokshop buat repairs is RM 12.5k.
4. wokshop buat for that amount, with their profit portion.

so, sundiri mau ingat lar kawan!

thats why baik hantar distributor's service centre... kalu bmw nak charge RM 75k as opposed to ah kiong kat segambut sanggup buat for RM 5k pon insurer takleh buat apa

mcm saya ckp kat ealier msg..nak nyesal pun x guna coz benda dah jadi, so just beringat jela belakang hari...tapi xnak la ada org lain lagi jadi mangsa kerakusan bengkel..dah terang2 die tipu insurans n customer

aku rasa sebelum tuan punya benang nak blacklist nama bengkel ni kat insuran company adalah lebih baik blacklistkan dulu dlm porem.... sebut je nama bengkel tu so that sume kat sini tau...mungkin ada gak org lain yg dah kena dgn bengkel yg sma... manalaaa tau

cakap jee nama bengkel tu & kat mana lokasinyer....kitorang nak tau sesangat nih

satu saya kurang paham sket, kalu kita dah sign penerimaan kereta, adakah kita masih buleh claim against insurer atau bengkel? sesapa buleh jawab?

some more, apa kata awk pegi bwk kete tuh puspakom. kalu puspakom kata gagal, terus buat polis repot. pastuh powed polis repot kat KK, BNM, KPDNHEP sesambil diperhatikan media dan lepas tuh buat press statement.

tak fahamlah...

maknanya kalau aku punya kereta accident, sejurus lepas accident tu aku mesti suruh tow truck tow ke service centre ke ape nie....
