Apasal McDonald's tak terima duit 1 sen?

Petang tadi aku pergi McD Desa Pandan. Time nak bayar 75 sen, aku keluarkan duit 70 sen dan 5 keping duit 1 sen, tp budak McD tu cakap, maaf ya kak skrg kami tak terima duit 1 sen. Aku tanya kenapa, dia kata sekarang ni semua McD dah tak terima duit 1 sen. So aku bagi 10 sen sebab aku malas nak cari 5 sen, banyak sangat duit 1 sen dlm purse aku tu  . Dah bagi 10 sen dia tak bagi balik 5 sen. Aku tak hadap sangat la 5 sen tu, ingat duit 1 sen tu aku nak masuk tabung McD aje...tapi dah dia tak bagi balik 5 sen aku simpan balik la duit 1 sen aku tu.
Aku tak puas ati ni...setau aku duit 1 sen masih lagi sah... tak de pun BNM kata 1 sen dah tak laku kan...? Ke aku yg silap?
Rounding Mechanism
The Malaysian Government wishes to announce the introduction of a Rounding Mechanism to the nearest multiple of 5 sen for over-the-counter payments to be fully implemented by 1 April 2008.
The Rounding Mechanism only applies to the total amount of a bill and not on individual items. In the Rounding Mechanism exercise, the total amount of a bill which ends in 1, 2, 6 and 7 sen will be rounded down while the total bill which ends in 3, 4, 8 and 9 sen will be rounded up to the nearest multiple of 5 sen.
The implementation of the Rounding Mechanism brings benefits to both businesses and customers. Businesses will be able to save on handling costs and for customers, it will make payment faster and more convenient.
The table below illustrates how the Rounding Mechanism works:

General guidelines of rounding - The total amount of a bill (including goods and services subject to tax) that ends in 1, 2, 6 and 7 sen to be rounded downwards and 3, 4, 8 and 9 sen to be rounded upwards to the nearest multiple of 5 sen.
- Applicable to cash or non-cash payments made over-the-counter. On-line transactions are not included.
- The Rounding Mechanism table must be clearly displayed at the point of sale so as to ensure customers are appropriately informed.
- Receipts should feature the total amount of the bill before and after the rounding.
- The 1 sen coin shall continue to be legal tender.

aku selalu je pakai 1 sen kat McD depan rumah aku 
yg aku geram tu.. aku pernah le bill rmxx.38 sen. so aku bagi la seposen utk mudahkan diorang.. tetiba diorang tak bagi pon 2c balance tu.. wat dono je :@ terkedu aku :eek:
lain kali kalau diorang wat camtu aku nak sound je :@ |

dia ckp diorang lagi suka kalau customer bagi 1 sen sbb diorang selalu short duit 1 sen.
tp tak taulah kalau ada circular baru kata dah tak terima duit 1 sen sbb dia tgh maternity leave kut. |

meaning we still can pay the 5sen with 1senx5

sori ek tuan rumah, aku melepak umah nko jap..psl aku malas bukak thread psl McD nih...
last saturday, aku p beli McD kat drive-thru...beli ler 2 set big mac 1 set happy meal...
smpi2 umah, tgk 1 burger big mac tadekkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wahhhhh....keroncong serta merta perut haku...
dan2 tu gak aku p tipon McD kat highway sg besi tuh (dekat mobil), seb bek jugak resit aku tak buang (biasa mmg aku buang resit nih)....
ada kes jugak, tempat yg sama drive-thru jugak....beli happy meal, tp tadek toys...gilosss betul!!!!cian anak ako...
