yeah beb.. Alhamdulillah... so far, she knew why i suffer working here, as she is my immediate superior kan. only that she feel bad coz she did not offer enough guidance to me. well, she can do better with the next person. no doubt, she is a good manager.

true beb, i believe thats what they wanna hear. i'm gonna tell my boss (the mild one), why i feel hard to climb their ladder of expectation, so that they can do better with the next one in line. amal jariah from me.. eheh..

i think someone gotta say something. mgmt can drive/push their team, but they gotta see what kind of person they wanna push, coz the tactic cannot be applied to all.

i think, one of my tech guy is just waiting for this to happen.. he really wanted my place.. heheheheh..
