pasal loyer ni memang dia orang macam tu

dapat duit atas angin

lepasa tu malas nak buat kerja

aku pernah nak ambik grand murah aku yg dah habis bayar

loyer tu cakap pejabat tanah yg lambatkan sekurangnya 6bulan ke setahun baru dapat.

aku cakap ok

aku nak repot kat pulis, malaymail, berita harin haria metro dan juga kepada kementerian

lepas tu 3 hari je grand aku dah ready.

ni kes saya plak....

saya ada masalah berkaitan di kenakan interest dalam proses pembelian rumah.

Untuk makluman, saya guna loan gomen n lawyer yang incharge adalah panel lawyer developer bagi.

MMg saya paham dalam snp segi kena bayar kalu lambat, yang masalahnya, saya rasakan sepanjang proses nak mendapatkan kunci umah nih...saya dah call almost setiap masa push lawyer utk cepatkan prosesing, tapi masih delay, kalu lawyer lambat depa menyalahkan land ofis n bah. Perumahan, tapi sebenarnya bah. perumahan n land ofis takderla buat keja lambat...samala call developer sb tengok interest dok naik..dia kata lawyer plak lambat, depa dok keep blaming each other..kita yang buyer...dok menghitung hari bayar interest,

itupun banyak dah saya cuba bantu, nak harap runner dorang lambat sanagt, kita bayar beribu kat lawyer kita yang hantar doc, kononnya kita org gomen ...senang deal ngan gomen (Bah. perumahan + land opis)

jadi skang tak taula...nak buat aper lagi..ni dah nak sampai final stage (utk bayar last payment 20%) sekali lawyer call doc x complete plak walaupun geran dah kuar land opis rejet, sekali lagi kita la plak kena bawak doc g bah. perumahan utk cop..n semlam kul 1 pagi g lawyer opis hantar borang yang dh complete...n balik pada cycle g pej tanah semula...nak raya pun sedey jer...berangan nak berhias sket umah baru pun banyak dah kena bayar interest...bayangkan bln 7 dah RM31000.... nih tak taula...dah lagi 3 bln nih...berapa la bertambah........uwaaa.....

mohon sangat yang ada pengalaman atau pandangan..bantu saya ..apa yang saya bole buat....

macam saya dulu kena jugak interest..walaupun bukan salah saya...tapi memang terpaksa bayar sebab dah termaktub dalam S&P...apa yang saya buat, saya discuss balik dengan developer, sertakan segala mak nenek surat menyurat...buat macam summary sikit la..then hantar surat kata nak buat permohonan pengurangan bayaran interest.. so far, developer saya tuh kasik la kurang 50%...jadi la kan..dari saya nak bayar full...

patut pun lawyer2 ni kaya raya ekss...pehtu ada setengah2 pej lawyer tu kecik je...kalu masuk dlm tak mcm pej langsung...bersepah2 fail aku tgk...(ni pengalaman masuk pej lawyer kawan bos laki aku)...
