Compare DELL laptop & ACER laptop

Hai! Nice to meet u. I want to ask u guys some professional comment about the DELL laptop & ACER laptop. Which one is the best? what is the pro n con for the 2 brand laptop? Which one better to used? Which company, DELL or ACER provide good customer service? Pls give some
of ur opinion to me. I need to do some research for these 2 brand laptop to done my report.
So hope tat u guys can help me. Thanks alot.......

Both product i must say are on par, but from experience DELL after sales are the best. i own several dell laptop, with the extended warranty, any parts failure, i just call their support, and they will come to your location for repair rather than carrying laptop to service 燾enter to get repair.

and their XPS laptop are爒ery nice. been contemplating to buy it for sometime, but it just been a year since my last laptop purchase. so i'm just wait and see, if Dell throw crazy deals for their XPS series, then I'm in

Sapa   ada  pengalaman   dgn servis  Acer   lak  ...boleh  kongsi  kat  sini

lagipun dell nyer laptop ado security... payah org nak hack...

acer nye service center setiap negeri ada.
kalau dell lak, dorang ada servis pegi ke rumah.
tapi kalau mcm kawasan jauh2 tu lambat la dorang nak pergi kot.

Kalo kat Ulu tembeling ker, atau kat tanjung rambutan 爏usah sikit la. biasa masa nak beli tu baik tanya support coverage. pastu  kalo tak salah aku  jika tempat ko tak dapat onsite service. Incase dell ko rosak aper yg dia buat ialah mula-mula phone troubleshoot, once determine aper rosak, kalo rosak simple mcm battery jer yg rosak, selalunyer dia hantar part tu pakai courier. kalo rosak tu melibatkan kompleks procedure, dia akan arrange supaya ko hantar laptop rosak tu melalui courier service dan diorang repair kat dell. lepas repair dia hantar balik kat alamat ko bagi pakai courier service.
