The latest Windows security update (KB951748)has a problem with ZoneAlarm firewall, and is causing the PC unable toaccess to the Internet after its installation.

If you are facing the same problem, you can try one of the following workarounds:
- Disable ZoneAlarm (not recommended)
- Manually add a new ruleset to allow all traffic from local computer to go out.
- Set the Internet Zone security setting from High to Medium
- Uninstall the KB951748 patch in Add/Remove panel
