Yup normally nama network tak kisah... but not ngan Vista... dia akan 'insist' to connect and allow only PC in network dia saja, and only PCs tu jer yg akan ada access to shared files dia. However dari Vista tu boleh tengok and have access ke XP shared folders.

Ko kena pastikan Vista machine tu connected ke network name yg XP machines tu guna... aku suggest ko buat new connection kat Vista tu... bila sampai part dia suruh ko letak nama network, type in MSHOME (atau apa2 nama yg yr current network is using). Also kat Location Type, pilih PRIVATE (bukan Public).
Bila dah siap, masuk NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER and pastikan Network Discovery, File Sharing and Public Folder Sharing is ON.

Vista memang bengong sikit..selain tu tak friendly user.Menyusahkan ada lerr.....tapi so far di opis, anis dapat selesaikan masalah2 yg timbul....kena try n error arrr.... |
