aku penah keje ocbc...fresh grad rm1900,after probation rm2200,allowance min rm500,transport allowance rm200+ meal allowance..mmg pressure gile keje situ..singaporeans mmg nasty+kiasu yg teramat sangat..kdg2 rasa macam aku ni dilayan seperti binatang..tp think positive je la..out of 10 customers,maybe only 2,3 je yg kuang ajar,yg lain ok..... |

just to share my experience handling Singaporean customers..
Singaporeans customer are very cruel and ruthless.... diaorang ni sangat2 particular, dan nak tahu semua benda. Unlike us malaysian, kalau nampak transfer fee setakat RM1 or RM2...tadela kisah sgt, tapi orang singapore ni kisah...aku banyak kali kene sembur dgn Singaporean pasal charges2 yg tak seberapa neh dan asal boleh diaorang nak kita (service banker) waive kan fee tu..aku dah cakap tak boleh..diaorang NAAKK GAKKK waive kan fee yg tak seberapa tuh..so kene la tahan maki hamun diaorang, then escalate kat service manager korang...
then kalau handling Singaporean customers, ko takleh ckp yg ko org Malaysia...kene ckp yg korang Singaporean jugak dan korang keje kat Singapore. Org sana tak caye org Malaysia handle akaun diaorang..macam siol jer..
lagi satu..kalau berkaitan dgn enquiry, jaga2laa..korang kasi silap info jer..nama akan naik sbb mostly Singapore akan tanye sape nama korang so that kalau ade problem diaorang tau sape nak salahkan (service banker/customer support exec)...kalau nama korang naik akan dpt la coaching letter...lagi teruk kalau kene cam member aku...member aku silap cakap time cheque clear jer..cina singapore tu demand compensation dan kene deducted dari gaji member aku...member aku bengang gila terus resign on the spot...
aku sekarang mmg tetiap hari pressure layan org singapore neh...tgh mintak nak transfer pegi back-end division...aku lagi sanggup buat processing dari pagi smpi memalam buta dari layan Singaporean customers 8-9 jam sehari...bole gila aku.....nak layan orang Singapore ni bkn sebarangan service banker/customer support yg bleh...ko kene tip-top la..kot mcm aku jer mmg pressure laa..aku brape kali dah kene sound sbb customer komplen..tapi pegi mampos laa..aku tak sabar nak blah dari tempat tu...
kalau ko dapat Maybank, ko pegi jer la Maybank tu...ok gak Maybank sbb facilities dia okay...lagipun ko just handle Malaysian customers kalau tak salah aku so takdela seteruk or se"kiasu" Singaporean. Aku terus terang cakap, Singaporean got no respect for you..bagi diaorang ko hanyalah pencacai bank yg sama taraf dengan binatang, therefore diaorg mmg akan treat ko mcm binatang laa...bagi diaorang klu ko bkn low-level staff (a.k.a pencacai bank) ko takkan keje angkat phone...
sori ter emo skit...hopefully ko dpt Maybank..kot dpt OCBC..pergi jer la..expect the worst |

eventho keje customer service ni seksa tapi bagi aku its the best place to start ur career..not in term of advancing in customer service field..but more like preparing yourself to face the real world...
kene maki tu mmg biasala but in a way customer service job nih mmg akan ajar how to deal with work pressure...gaji tu mmg takyah cakapla..skit nak mampos...but then..everyone must start somewhere...
jadikan customer service job neh as a platform to prepare yourself for better career...teringat kt cakap ex-service manager aku..."if you can survive this job, u can work anywhere" |

ko uat aku tibe2 cuak nak sama keje dgn kompeni ko nie. huhu tpi siyes wei. singaporean mmg mcm c***e. aku yg keje hari tuedeal dgn singaporean pun ade jugak kena maki hamun. dia cakap tepon mcm org meroyan. aku mule2 buat dek je. ntah cane.. bos aku tgk aku senyap je then tibe2 aku nangish ngadu dekat dia. sib lar dia phm aku nie mcm mane. dia kate patutnye aku maki balek org tue. aku mmg xpnh kena maki ke ape ke tibe2 kena camtu rase mcm down giler. |
