lipo6 tu dia kasi metabolisme badan kita sentiasa high (keadaan dimana keje dia membakar je)
tp dia akan menjadi kalau kita susuli dgn diet yg seimbang dan cardio atau workout yg cukup
kalau mkn saja buat rugi jer
dh la mahal benda nih

selagi lapisan lemak masih tebal menutupi abs (perut)...korang wat lah sejuta kali sit up pun sehari mmg tak nmpk 6 pax muscle kat perut tuh
so cara terbaik adalah kardio...sbb lemak takleh nak dibakar kt satu2 tempat shj
cth...byk lemak kat peha kanan...so rasa nak bakar lemak kat peha kanan je lah...tak dpt dude....
sama gak dgn perut...
but anyway...lepas layer lemak tu dh kurang (wat kardio)...yg korang wat sejuta kali sit up tu akan nmpk dh 6 pax musle tuh
