Jawatan Penolong Pegawai Tadbir Kontrak---Minta pendapat

Baru2 ni ada kuar iklan tentang jawatan kontak dgn goverment, iangat nak suruh adaik saya apply, tapi nak tau(mana tau sapa2 ada info sket tentang ni)kata nya kontrak selama 6 bulan sampai ujung tahun ni, so kalo dah abis kontrak mcm mana?kena cari keja lain ke?Macam mana plak benfit?...any advise?

kalo keje bgs @ dpt recomndsion leh sambg tk pun leh dpt tetap..tk pun masih memerlukan so smbg lg..

adek ko skang keje ke x?kalu x,apply je..bgs ape.kalu dia minat nak msk gomen,benda tu da bole jd asas dia.aku pon kontrak juga..bln lps br je smbg..tp pastikan keje tu mantap ah.br org rasa nak smbg

baru sambung lagi 2 tahun bulan 3 lepas...

rasa pengambilan ni utk yg pakej ransangan ekonomi yg diumum baru2 ni.. sampai 6 bulan je sbb pengambilan ramai....

contract for service ni bila ko dah serap jd tetap tempoh perkhidmatan ko akan dikira.bole buat penyelarasan gaji kot.ini aku x comfirm..ingat

sbnrnye contract of service ke, contract for service ke, it doesn't matter..
as long as korg berstatus 'kontrak', ia boleh diambilkira dlm pengiraan faedah & ganjaran ble korg pencen nnt..
dats wt we call as 'mengambilkira perkhidmatan lepas' d mana tempoh kontrak boleh dimasukira dlm pengiraan faedah dan ganjaran, bkn dikira sbg tempoh perkhidmatan.
klo korg pasan ble sesuatu jwtn diiklankan, ada disebutkan taraf perkhidmatan samada tetap/ kontrak/ sambilan.
misalnye, masuk tahun ni korg dh 2thn kje sbg pegawai tadbir tetap. sebelum ni korg jd pegawai tadbir kontrak selama 3thn.
so tempoh perkhidmatan korg stil 2thn, bkn 3thn. kte xleh cmpur tempoh kontrak ngn tempoh kje tetap, x sama.
tempoh kje kontrak 2 hnya dikira ms korg pencen nnt utk membolehkn korg dpt lebih faedah & ganjaran, bkn utk dikira sbg tempoh perkhidmatan pd ms skrg.

1 mo ttg pelarasan gji, pn xde kena mengena ngn tempoh kje kontrak.
wlupn korg dh kje pgawai tdbir kontrak slama 3thn sblm dpt tetap, korg stil akan ditawarkan gaji prmulaan yg sama dgn org len yg x penah kje kontrak.
wlubagaimanapun, korg bleh mohon utk dpt gaji yg lebih tggi brdasarkn pglmn/ kemahiran/ kepakaran yg penah ada.
bnde ni kena mohon, bkn otomatik korg akan dpt gji lebih tggi ble ada pglmn kje kontrak.
dan peraturan ni brgantung pd jenis kje gk.
kje2 yg spesifik yg memerlukan kemahiran yg spesifik mcm arkitek, pemandu, guru, doc, dll, korg bleh mohon utk gaji permulaan yg lebih tggi drpd gaji yg ditawarkan sekiranya korg ada pglmn kje tu.
tp klo kje2 mcm pgwai tadbir, pembantu tadbir ke, itu dikira mcm kje umum, x perlukan kemahiran speseifik d mana sape2 pn bleh buat kje 2 x mcm kje arkitek/ doc/ dll.
kje2 yg umum ni biasanye mmg akan ditawarkn gaji permulaan yg standard, klo dgree byk ni, diploma byk ni, sijil byk ni..
but stil, korg bleh cuba utk memohon gaji yg lebih tggi. tp biasanye jrg la org buat..
