last month aku pergi bercuti, upon check in, front office staff tu mintak credit card aku untuk pengesahan, dia transact  RM250, benda nie pada aku is normal  and at the end of the stay the front office staff koyak transaction slip tu depan aku dan charge credit card aku for a certain amount based on stay and usage aku kat hotel tu.

last few days aku terima statement credit card aku dan aku tengok ada amount RM250 charged, aku call hotline bank credit card tu- hampeh kata 24 hours banking tapi puas call tak angkat.

lastly aku hantar e-mail kepada credit card bank tu dan hotel tu tapi sampai sekarang tak ada jawapan.

aku mcm rs yg komplen ko tu more on derang tak bagi explanation ....sbb aku tak nampak berapa derang caj ko pasal buat pengesahan transaksi tu..boleh elaborate skit tak??

ader certain2 case it will take at least a week utk hotel tu reimburse balik that so call charge utk pengesahan card tu.... aku penah gak kene.... tapi better call hotel utk confirm....

xde ke call hotel? rasanya klu call hotel,lg cepat dpt explanation.

The resort has called me and will make re-imbursement and received mail from bank asking me to fill in disputes form, and hence the resort willing to make re-imbursement, I did not fill in the disputes form just reply their e-mail asking how can unsign transation slip which dikoyak depan mata saya boleh ditransactedkan.

the resort has called me and will make the reimbursementfew days ago and finally the bank replied my mail asking me to fill in the disputes form and as the resort are willing to make reimbursement, i did not do it.

few mails I dah hantar pada resort tu dan dia orang kata still pending acc dept, so I think enough time has been given- pada siapa patut hal nie diajukan dan contact # nya.
