sama problem dgn tt. dulu 45 jer. sekarang dekat 55. abih seluar jeans x muat. tak nak berat badan naik lebih2 dh..tp susah nk mantain lps kawen ni

55 tu gemuk ke?adoiya..

i rasa plg mujarab xcersice and bersenam je..
kwn i pompuan..kerana sorang lelaki..dia p kije jalan kaki 1km jer.p balik everyday...makan kontrol..hasilnya mmg kurus giler...sayangnya lelaki tu tetap x pandang dia..so kesian..

55????baper tinggi u??? dh try produk mcm2 kan...try ler exercise pulakkk...for me...exercise da best larrr...kurus dpt...tone dpt...posture mantap...x flabby...

55kg tu...mcm saya la...
eh, jgn kate saya gemok!!! ade yg nak kene nnt..hoho
kawan2 kate sy ni ideal je...
anyway, tgk la bmi awk berapa br leh kategorikan awk ni overweight ke ape
xyah try byk2 produk,, kesian kat hati (liver) awak ttu...kang umo da xsmpai berapa...da rosak hati sbb duk try ubbat mcm2..
mungkin bukan awk yg gemuk...keluarga awk tu yg underweight..haha

penyelesaiannya..kira BMI..
pastu kalau ideal je...ucap alhamdullilah..
xpayah nk kurus2 kan atau gemuk2 kan...lainlah kalau mmg underweight or overweight...boleh?
ingt, ramai lg kat tempat lain yg org nye kurus kering sbb tak dpt mknn..
kita kat sini berlumba2 nk kurus..walaupn ade yg bdn ok2 je sbnrnye..
mgkn blh g kat negara2 yg krisis mknn kalau nk kurus cepat..huhu..gurau je

dah try diet kurangkan kalori dalam 800-1200 kcal sehari, tapi berat lambat turun,sebulan turun 2 kg je,penatla..pastu dah penat asek makan ckit trus lepas geram makan bnyak2,now dah nek 1 kg.ayakkk!!! nk try low carbs diet plak, tp xlalu la nak makan sayur n lauk je tyme lunchh sobss!nafsu makan besar giler, kalo nampak mknn tu rasa mcm nk bubuh semua dalam perut, nafsu2,apekah..isk

tinggi TT baper?
aku assume mesti rendah dalam 150-155cm (correct me if i'm wrong)..
sbb mostly kwn2 aku yg tinggi dier 150-155cm ni,
kalo berat dah 55kg..mmg nampak berisi..
