baguske kardio setiap hari(20min)?ada pendapat mengatakan akan dapat sakit lutut,sebab terhentak2..
dan waktu yg paling bagus utk kardio?perut kosong atau ada makanan..?

kardio sebaiknyer buat 50 minit

10 minit warm up
cardio 30 minit
10 minit lagi cool down

waktu tak kira..

time time rasa bertenaga boleh buat
atau pun sebelum buat amik 20 bijik badam mentah atau minum protein shake utk bagi tenaga tambahan supaya mampu habiskan sessi 50 kardio 50 minit tu

mmg bagus kardio eksercise utk jantung dan anggota tubuh badan yg laen
kalau bdn u berat mmg xdigalakkn jogging sebab akan efek lutut( high impack)
just doing brisk walk pun dah bagus,
sebaiknya lakukan senaman 40 minit keatas, kerana after 40 minute fat br diburn( burn fat mode)
seeloknya dilakukan dipagi hari dan perut ksong pada yg biasa eksercise lah,
for ur information  if u dah loading makanan, minuman bdn akan jd berat sedikit
if xde mase petang balik kerja pun boleh lakukan senaman
after eksersice makn lah karbo or proterin- paling senang shake protein lm shaker( biasanya ahli sukan punya rutin)

what?after 40min baru burn fat?so if i buat 30min takder fat ke yg burn?baguske utk i yg suke bina badan..?i mean to become fit and ripped..?

offcorse bgs ..
bnyak bodybuilder ckp kalau lari akan kecut muscle, mmglah kalu u lari cm marathon mmg papan ler jadinye
cube tgk 100m sprinter,, sebenarnya bnyak ajaran sesat yg dibawa2kan utk org yg br nak eksercise,
ape barang badan besar tapi xleh lari, biasanya body builder xleh lari sbb bdn die besar, xselesa nak lari,
time lari rase chest bergoyang2 cam pompuan.,.

i bukan la nak besar mcm body builder yg masuk betanding tu..cume nak badan mcm jihan miskin yg kaya tu jer..hawhaw
