Kainlabuh pon baru kena charged rm10k suddenly, tu pon tau bila check e-banking.
terus call bank..n call merchant yg pandai2 nak charge rm5k dua kali..
bank soh gi download dispute form, then fax kat bank.
pastu call that merchant, soh bagi kredit note.
dlm masa 10 days mcm tu settled. rm10k debited balik masuk cc account..
In this case, TT boleh submit dispute form & kasi kat bank..and ckp ngan org bank, if ade statement soh bayar 7k tu, takyah bayar..usually bank akan refund balik.. |

oh ye, lagi satu, call or pegi bank, soh cancel kan kad kedit yg kena hack tu.
nanti bank will issue new kad pastu bagi no pin baru.. all the best..  |
