saya nak tanya ni...saya ada benti kat company ni...tp saya benti secara mendadak...saya tak confirm dan kasi surat resign..tup2 sy dapat surat suruh bayar balik so saya nak ignore ke mcm ne takut la...pulak..

just nak tanya....you dpt keje ni dr agensi pekerjaan atau you sendiri carik???lg satu kenapa plak yek Company tu mintak ganti /bayar balik ( kalau dalam kes you sendiri dpt keje tu tanpa bantuan agensi pekerjaan )??

Ada Offer letter ke tak ?
Syarikat Bhd ker Sdn Bhd?

kalau against term condition kat offer letter memang patut laa kena disuruh bayor
for non servicing period tu maa

gamaknya kumik....dia tak sempat kot nak baca T&C keje kat company tu dia dah nak benti....mebe apa yg ko cakap tu betul...mungkin dlm T&C ada klausa yg nyatakan demikian,..

dah baca kat offer letter 2 saya ni lum confirm lagi..geram dkt company tu sebab dia wat saya mcm apa je...offer letter kata 12 hari, sana jenis tahan gaji sbb tu saya kerja sampai cukup  bulan baru benti...company sdn bhd tp subsidiri dr seceond top developer...susah hati gak ni..

a 12 days notice is required for resignation before comfirmation...but then u bg 24hours ntce je....patut la co tu claim...
jangan wat main...kalu jenis company yg take it seriously....ia akan proceed...ni utk pengajaran kpd mana2 pekerja....my fren sampai saman bekas pekerja dia sampai court sbb kes berenti mcm ni la...katanya bukan pasal amaun RM tu tapi utk mengajar pekerja....

ko kena kasik notice &  continue kerja for 12 days..

bukan kerja 12  hari pastu tender surat & cabut.. mmg patut la kena saman..

tgk HR co tu la rajin nak carik balik ke tak
membe aku resign 24hrs dr MNC lagik......bila HR call suruh bayar coz resign 24hrs, membe aku yg marah2 balik sampai sudah x mintak ape pon....

dlm kontrak keje ada bgtau kena serve notis 12 hari sblm resign masa dlm probation, so kena la bg notis 12 hari.
klu tak, mmg la sykt berhak tahan gaji 12 hari tu sbb TT yg bg notis xcukup
klu xde offer letter, ikut akta kerja - wpun masih dlm tempoh probation, pekerja atau majikan tetap kena bagi 1 bulan notis atau gaji 1 bulan.
