maaflah, saya tak tahu "ianya" dipanggil ape, ni bukan masalah folder options hilang dah, ni masalah menu semua hilang.......macamane nak buat yer? tolong jangan cakap sila format...hihihih

yang kat atas tu hilang, mcmane nak buat yer?

kalau x silap. nie kena check kat gpedit. tp leceh nk check satu2... dah cuba guna cc cleaner atau software lain..

yupz...memang virus, saya rasa sebab saya klik email yang kawan saya bagi.

Close all open Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer windows.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
Use one or both of the following steps, as appropriate for your situation:
- For Windows Explorer: In the details pane, locate the Explorer subkey, and then open it. In the details pane, locate the ITBarLayout value. Right-click this value, and then click Delete.
- For Internet Explorer: In the details pane, locate the WebBrowser subkey, and then open it. In the details pane, locate the ITBarLayout value. Right-click this value, and then click Delete.
On the File menu, click Exit to exit Registry Editor.
