LAptop tx2500 faulty

hiii..
i have one laptop pavillion tx2500...
but got problem with the lcd...
when i open the power button, bios hp was display is a few second n then black screen is back...i think is faulty screen,,,,but when i use alternative to joint with external monitor dekstop, windows can display perfectly and can use without nothing problem...

Sometimes that lcd can display for long time...but when shutdown...n turn again, it coming back the problem...

i donno why..cause the board is excelent condition.

anyone can help me....PLeaseeeee....

when u use external monitor, did u try pressing "Fn key + F4" key? try press both button few time and see if the display switches back to laptop screen or extedend the display to both screen.

if nothing happen, try use linux cd. if linux runs smoothly with no display errors, then your windows might be corrupted.

**windows can be repaired by using windows disc or recovery disc from HP. or use other disc if u have.

i just instal a new windows...but did't work tooo

when in BIOS, can u check if the BIOS detect the harddisk?

penah jadi cmni,
dpt kesan puncanya dari masalah chipset grafik, kdg2 kalu overheating, grafik card jadi tk betul,
cmne leh tau overheating?, sbb buka dlm semua mobo tu, kipasnye penuh ngn abuk, smpai dh tkde rupe kipas.. tapi syg dh bersihkn jadi cm tu lagi, dh terlambat, sebab customer tu tk alert utk matikn teruskn laptop tu lepas ada simptom cmni,

lpastu dia guna keadaan cmni, 'jap gelap, jap okay' dlm bbrapa minggu, hasilnye mobo tu rosak..

kene replace mobo ni..

i think , maybe the problems came from the GPU Chip or Motherboard..
