Hi semua, akü nak tanya korang para wanita, korang ade exercise ke, jogging ke, workout, running ke etc
Boleh share rutin fitness korang or Korang jenis melantak je tak kisah pun, tak suka senam macam Aku ke sebab biasa lah kita ada turun naik rutin, kadang malas, kadang rajin, kadang takde mood etc

Hai.. sy perlu jogging at least 30 minit sehari untuk maintain berat dan boleh makan keadaan terkawal.. kalau skip sekali duanok, tapi kalau tak buat lama, badan rasa lemau..

Hi tt,

Since bulan 6 haritu, i start rutinkan semula running. And buat IF and keto dah 3 tahun lebih.
I berat badan lebih, so bila buat IF and keto tu dia bantu untuk kurangkan berat badan.
Tapi lama2 berat jadi statik. So i run and berat still x kurang banyak, cuma inchloss mmg powerful.
Now masih berproses untuk dapatkan normal weight.

So far mmg buat running je. Tapi macam berminat nak buat weight training untuk tone up.
Makan dah tak strict keto sbb kalau strict keto i x boleh lari jauh. Tapi IF maintain paling kurang pun 16:8.
So far i happy la dengan result.

Saya start workout 2 tahun lepas. Slow and steady je janji konsisten. Selepas 2 tahun baru nampak hasil. Sekarang ramai yang tegur dah slim sikit. Yang penting enjoy the process jangan nak nampak results cepat.

1. Sign up gym membership. Tapi aaya jarang pergi gym. The membership include gym, body pump class, body combat class,rpm class, yoga dan zumba. Saya selalu join zumba sebab saya enjoy menari

2. Breakfast - buah atau biskut

3. Lunch makan kenyang2 protein lebih, nasi sikit dan sayur

3. Dinner selalu biskut je. Dan mkaan sebelum 7pm

4. Tak minum air manis.

Konsisten je walau results lmbta tapi ada. Cara ni dia tak susahkan diri sangat. Still enjoy makanann
