bel nak tau reputation merekalah..nak pilih which one is better

1) DR ghandiraj somasundram
2) dr. jeswan dillon

she's currently under Dr. Ghandiraj at PCMC but seeking 2nd opinion at IJN with Dr. Dillon.
Doc, kalau case consulted by Dr. Dillon, nnt surgery by him or someone else?
