Small Company it's difficult to hire Intern student or partimer

I have been post many posting vacancy in the difference Free only recruitment portal , but seem no good respond.
Even my company is under small company but its growing company. All big company also growth from small why today the college or other partimer so choosy and look for big company?
It's someone really wan to learn all the process the small and stable company that can provided more chance rather then only learn 1 thing. Am i right ? Please share your experience here if you are face problem like me.
Of course, i also look for someone willing to provide me solution how to get Intern student to solve my problem. |

from intern side, we are no problem to work with big or small company as long as that company willing to pay allowances.

i've worked for a small company before.during the interview they didnt mention anything about doing sales. but once ive sign the contract, immediately they said that you will be doing telemarketing. i have no problem doing that actually, but in the beginning they promise to give a basic salary of 2000,but when time came to salary payment, they only gave me 800. on the basis that i did not make any sale. the contract didnt state that the basic 2000 is not base on commission. total rip off.

Actually it is not so difficult to find a candidate to work in small company but the problem is most of the small company is not sincere. They only talk nice thing during the recruitment. It is not wrong when they tell the truth. I had bad experienced working with few small company doing sales. Before get the contract, they promise so many thing such as monthly commission, benefits, etc. and one more thing, they do not want to do any black and white. However, once the contract is signed, what they are promised gone like nothing happen. Just imagine, after put some effort to build the business but end with frustration.
If you really want get the candidates, delivery your promise during the recruitment and you can see the result. And one more thing, give some opportunity to those without good qualification also and you can see how they give a commitment you help you develop your business. |
