Assalamualaikum n Hi,

Anyone here from ernst & young? as far as I know ernst & young is one of big 4 accounting firm
big 4 consist of: PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ernst & Young, and KPMG

so, selasa minggu depan sy ada interview as IT analyst dkt firm ni....sy mmg nak sgt2 keje dkt big2 company
ni bila dah ada peluang, sy nak gunakan dgn sebaik yg mungkin... yela, peluang emas tu bukan senang nak dpt

so, pada sapa2 yg keje dkt big company or MNC.. share la tips korang.
hopefully this would be the right time and the right place to build up my career

so far E&Y nih feedback yg kami dpt as client bagus lah...

kalo tanya experience dlm MNC...
aku punya advise, grab the opportunity to learn sebaik yg mungkin..gaji kat mna2 leh dpt, tp peluang utk excel tak semua tpt leh provide. so far MNC ada procedure2 dia utk human resource development. n not to be biased but i think benda tuh jarang2 dijumpa dlm non-mnc organization.

anyway, what ever u do, do it best!

hurm...aku mengaku...keje dekat company mcm nie mmg bagus, tp make sure stay sane 6-10 years baru effect, kalo stakat stay sane 1-4 thn...mmg susah skit nk survive dekat MNC...rami jgk mmber aku da stay kpmg dlm 4 tahun as a AM n tggu masa nk jd manager tp bile tukar keje dekat big mnc, die juz senior exec jer...same mcm aku...da stay dekat 2 thn dekat kpmg n due for senior post, tp bile masuk mnc, exec jer...basically sumenye depend on rezeki la...sbb ape yg aku blajar, mostly budak2 big4 nie bagus dr segi technical skills, presentation skills and leh keje smpi lewat mlm, tp mostly yg mnc skg nie carik calon yg kuat dr segi industry skill and knowledge, so ramai sgt ex big 4 yg keje kt co aku skg juz senior exec jer, unless ko ade kabel besar or dah lbh 10 thn dekat big 4...sbb korang kna ingt, ape yg korang wat kt big 4, x same ngn mnc... my 2 cents

i also heard from the big 4's people the working load is a lot & they need to stay back late
but the pay is good, that's the reward

    yups, agree.... opportunity & chance offered by MNC mmg xbley nak compare dgn tmpt lain
    mostly people from MNC is very skillful

ekceli aku ni bukan la excellent student, cgpa pon biasa2 je.... tp bila dah keje mmg aku wt sebaik mungkin
learnt from the past experience... so that, bila dpt chance macam ni aku harap aku akan buat betul2
golden opportunity never comes twice.

    selalunya position kat MNC nih based on global job grade/code..
so kalo compare MNC ngan other local-based company, in term of job title dia nampak mcm turun 1 level..
tapi actually dia same level..

Sr Manager for example, sama cam level director/function head untuk local-based company..
Kalo manager, dah mcm Sr manager punya level kat luar..

hahahaha...mane nk thn keje mcm hamba hari2...hahaha...aku kuar sbb nk spend time ngn kwn2 n fmly...tp yg positifnye bile ko prnh keje big4... mudah ko dpt interview...aku skg nie kt mnc oil n gas...keje rilek skit...tp expectation org kat sini tggila kt aku sbb aku dr big 4...hhuuhuhuh

ahhahaha mayb jgkla...walupun pangkat turun...tp gaji sedap...mcm senior aku dlu...even die senior exec, tp gaji 6,500...masyuk siot...hahahaha...yg bestnye kt big 4...setiap tahun gaji naek 1k..kompem...kalo ko cpi KPI la...member aku...2 tahun keje big 4...gaji 4,500 dr 2.450 masa die masuk dlu...

hmm...maybe sbb most of the big companies depa tengok CGPA dulu berbanding experience yg ada. aku pulak result CGPA xla sebagus mana,so kena riject awal2....
