Sports Shoe & Senaman yg Korang Buat?

aku punye kasut jogging rege rm39++ je...

aku morning walk every saturday n sunday, alhamdulillah berat badan aku dari umur 18 smpi skrang late 20s maintain 48kg. ok la tu ngan ketinggian aku yg tak seberapa ni 160cm.

me duduk tepi sungai yang memang ada jalan untuk aktiviti basikal jogging,
so satu pusingan sungai tu dalam sejam 30 minit. tahun ni baru
rajin sikit jalan plus jogging .

kasut jogging me ialah new balance, north face dan salomon, so 3 pasang.
harga entah sebab bukan me bayar

manja pun nak jgk camtu..
tp kan berjalan pun kira bersenam jgk kan3?...
best2 sungai..kat mana2 yg ade "waterfeature" ni mmg menenangkan..jiwa..

I exercise almost everyday, at least 1 hour a day... Dalam 2 hari dalam seminggu, i akan exercise sampai 2 hours++ sbb ada multiple classes, cam yoga+kickboxing+weight, yang lagi satu plak sbb ada power step +dancing+sauna... Hari2 lain i just exercise 1 hour aje... Always join the classes, abb i love the crowd, sbb cam leih motivation gituu..... Yang penting kita kena varies kan type of exercise, covering flexibility (yoga, pilates), intense cardio (kickboxing, power step), weight training(body pump, abs toning) utk leisure lak, i'll go for dancing...

As for shoes... I love, love love aasics.... Especially those with gel-cushioning.. Setakat ni, the best and most comfortable shoes is aasics.... Mmg price dia mahal can go up to 900++ tp bg i, i sayang lutut nie aaaa, takde spare part dah kalo rosak.. Hehehehe

Owh, by the ways, u'll be wondering cemane i bley exercise 1 hour a day kan, i skiped my lunch time, i pergi gym... In order for you to gain something, u just have to sacrifice something.... Kalo yang 2 hari dalam seminggu yang i exercise >2 hours tu, i kena balik ofis lambat laa... Kol 10 baru balik, sbb after exercise sebelah petang tu, i akan sambung wat keje ofis lak.. Lepas solat isya baru balik rumah... Tp it's just 2 days in a week kan....

running shoe aku reebok je...dah 1 year gak.. jarang2 pun pakai.. ikut musim... heehehehe
