u need to build up muscle to burn more fat...

Kalau aku boleh turun dari size 32 ke size 28 dalam masa kuruang dari 2 bulan, anybody else pun boleh...

Aku mmg amal xmakan nasi, mee, mihun, kuew teow dalam masa 2 bulan tu. Kalau ada pun, sikit2 jer.. cardio exercise dlm 4-5 days a week (tapi aku more focus kat bahagian perut dgn abs)... banyakkan leg workout... dan kalau boleh, avoid la simple carb.. to much carb dalam badan yg buat susah nak bakar lemak..

bg sesiapa yg mmpu minum air herba ..cuba rebus jintan manis, pastu amalkan sehari 2 kali atau sebelum tidur. mcm sya dulu awal pg minum.
Ambil dlm 1-2 sudu besar, rebus dgn 3-4cwn air..Agak2 dah bertuakr wrna dan air dah tinggal dlm secawan setgh ka, tutup api. nak minum 2kali bhgi 2 utk minum pg dan sblum tidur.
Mmg sgt elok jika disertai dgn senaman..mmg rasa paha fit..bleh try google ttg khasiat jintan manis ni dan ada yg ajar cara nak amalknnya.
