CUSTOMERSERVICE EXECUTIVE FOR TM STREAMYX (INBOUND CALL ONLY) RESPONSIBILITIES - · Handling and answering call fromStreamyx user and provide solution to customers.
- · Delivering a quality services tocustomers through handling calls from Streamyx users.
- · Handling incoming telephoneenquiries and give consultation to the users relating to a product or services.
- · Closing a report and try toresolve the Streamyx users’ issues immediately.
REQUIREMENTS - · ​Candidate must possess at least a SPM/HigherSecondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, anyfield.
- · 100 Full-Time position(s)available.
- · No experienced needed (Trainingwill be provided with basic salary).
- · Able to speak in ENGLISH& BM.
- · Willing to work on inrotating SHIFT (Early shift at 6.30AM, last shift at 2.00 AM)
- · Computer savvy & enjoyscustomer service job
- · Must be willing to work in MENARATM, BANGSAR or PLAZA VADS, TMN TUN DR ISMAIL, DAMANSARA

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
SPM /Certificate/ Diploma = RM1500
Degree = RM1700
Shift Allowance (Monthly Basis) = RM60
Performance Bonus (Monthly Basis) = RM300(Max)
Transport Reimbursement = RM200 (Max)
Medical Reimbursement if not use = RM180
Hours of work: 5 working days in a week (2 days off not fixed on weekend)
