ApartmentMaintenance Technician

We are looking for a hard workingmaintenance/handy man to maintain apartment community located near PWTC, KualaLumpur.

The technician must be able to communicate as wellas interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner at all times.In addition, other required job skills include but are not limited to knowledgeabout the following:

•             Musthave extensive experience in Air Condition Installation, Repair and Cleaning

•             Musthave Electrical Maintenance experience

•             Musthave Plumbing Maintenance experience

Requirements

•             Responsiblefor Apartment maintenance, repair and troubleshoot issues.

•             Ableto work with minimal supervision

•             Solidtime management and pre and post work follow up

•             Tocarry out preventive maintenance and repair

•             Tocarry out other maintenance duties assigned from time to time

•             Abilityto read, write and speak English and Malay Fairly

•             Applicantsmust be willing to work on weekends as and nights on emergencies when required.

•             Detailorientated and self-motivated

•             Legalresidency in Malaysia
