first of all, hindu sangam should send memorandum to all temples in malaysia to conduct more spiritual study or sermon before any prayer....if you do not want your kids to convert to other religion...

I think none muslims love to attacked JAIS out of revenge or anger. this not good. The officers are given a responsible to look after the muslims in this country. it is his duty to conduct investigation if received information from public...none muslims view it as raid aka taliban.... why calling it taliban when the officers not carrying weapon nor doing in very terror act ? I think the none muslims need correct this kind of thinking....we should be fair what we think and write....I sometime do not agreed Jais act for certain issue.....than I voice out but that kind issue is base on something do not make sense like for example a convert want to come from islam when he/she no longer keeping islam or a convert running with kids when the kids still below 18....and etc..for this kind issue, we can comments....but the comments must come out without anger nor revenge...it should be fair comments accoridng facts...bukan bantai babi buta..
This not a raid rather a investigation ....it is their duty to stop the women who carrying Muslims IC from marrying hindu ritual...I do not found any wrong doing in this issue..
Secondly, like I said...we living in Islamic country and we should respect their law ....we have king and the law according to Islamic law... iif anyone feels this laws is burden and unfair, please pack your things get out from this country...Thank you

We attack JAIS because they are full of backstabbers like you. Calling yourself Christian but have NOT FAITH in Christianity and always wash the rear end of Muslims. A special place in Hell awaits people like you. 
JAIS have no authority over non-Muslims. They have no rights to enter another race's temple or house of worship nor do they have any authority to raid and hold anyone. WHO GAVE THEM SUCH POWER? What is the Constitutional laws which empowers JAIS to commit such actions? Even police have to produce warrants before entering a premises or stop anyone, so who gave them such authority? Are JAIS equal to Police here? IF so, then labelling JAIS as Taliban-like are not far-fetched.
My advice to non-Muslims - DO NOT ENTERTAIN JAIS IF THEY DEMAND ANYTHING FROM YOU. THEY HAVE NO AUTHORITY OVER MALAYSIAN PEOPLE, INCLUDING MUSLIMS. Malaysia do not govern by Syariah or Hudud Laws and we should not be bothered about this Taliban-wannabees.
And if they (JAIS) use violence, then you should use violence to defend yourself as well. Maybe when a few JAIS members died in such raids, they will know what fear is. |

Yes, a name. But is she a Muslim? Did they ask her politely what had happened (whether she is a Muslim or not) before performing the raid? Answer :- NO. They just want to showcase their Taliban attitude.

Like i said they did not raid rather received a information that muslim women marrying hindu ritual....which is totally wrong.... ...if they kept silent after received the information ....they need to:
answerable to Goverment
answerable to public for being weak department
answerable to God during judgment day
so, what choice do they have???

Responsibility given by WHO? What constitution empowers JAIS to RAID other people's premises, temples and ceremonies in such way?
Do you even know what is the lawful definition between investigation and a raid or not? Investigation means the party in question have to produce warrant to enter a premises and reasons to question people. JAIS have no warrant nor do they produce lawful reasons to stop the ceremony. Therefore this is a F#%KING RAID.
So, it is justify according to JAIS acts..
ONLY @ssholes like you could justify a Taliban-group like this. |

Non-Muslims are also public. JAIS FAILED to follow laws which exist to protect the non-Muslims' rights to exist in this Country. Therefore they should answer why they behave more like Talibans than civilised people in a court of law.

whether we like or not we are the malaysia citizen and should respect malaysia being islamic state:

so, when islam is official religion, JAIS being given the task to look after the muslims here, they have every single right to investigate or raid if recieve information from public.

what happen if they do not act? it call not professional and lazy
please open up your eyes and mind and try to understand the law in the country..
what i can see , the non muslims are so emotional , anger and revenge...this is not good for our beloved country..
whatever differences we have, we cannot blame the authority for everything...we need to be responsbile in our comments if what the authority doing is justify or not...
in this manner the JAIS act base on their Professionalism and responsbilities ..we should respect that.
