sebenanya.. masa rule 30+10 yg bank negara umumkan... ramai bank buat max refinance 35tahun manaka ...

ok.... saya faham..thank TT

selasa 7 Okt 2014 saya nak g panjat AIA..

Tapi di mana AIA yang dekat dengan lokasi saya di DAYA BUMI ye..

kalau KL... pling dkt lebuh ampang.. menara aia...
tp aia bkn mcm bank..
all submission melalui ejen... klau pergi menara aia pun.. biasanya dia refer pda agent...
xde kaunter untuk apply loan...

if bro nak.. sya boleh submitkan...
boleh PM saya dlu.. kita jumpa... kmudian sya planning kan... sya mobile... jumpa di opis pun boleh

Hi azim, kalau nk apply loan nk tgk bank yg bg interest paling rendah or nk tgk kadar BLR tu...

actualy xphm sgt blr tu tp xpa nati gugel..

most rumah yg i riki byk yg pembeli dah p apply loan, tinggai i ja..in a phase of  berebut rumah pulak...

BLR ni bank negara yg tetapkan...
BLR : BASE LENDING RATE

dia berkait rapat dengan OPR: OVERNIGHT POLICY RATE

baru2 ni bln julai.. OPR bertambah 3.25...
so bank2 dah adjust BLR dari 6.6% kepada 6.85%.... so senang cerita.. BLR ni bank negara yg tetapkan.. sbb dia berkait rapat dengan OPR...

dlm market.. ada mcm2 produk.. ada flexi.. semi flexi...non flexi.. fixed rate.. floating rate.. islamik pakej..konvensional... so kena pilih produk yg sesuai dgn selera pembayaran dan keupayaan kita sbgai pmbayar..

klo ada rumah unde con yg berkenan.. just baya deposit... book dlu...

Kut2 azim tau, kalau rumah skarang ni ada my name then i nak beli rumah lain (loan), kalau nak witdraw duit epf boleh lepas x..memg duit epf  tak penah kuarkan seblum ni...

i dah dlm proses beli rumah..dh byr booking fee..n dah p consult oficer kat bank pasai loan suma tu..dia dah kirakan..

tq ya    kalau ada soklan berbangkit i tanya kat sini..

Salam En. Azim, Saya plan nak beli rumah. first time buyer. tp terpikir2 takut loan tak approve. Dh puas google cara kira kelayakan semua. Kalo tgk dr kiraan tu mcm x lepas je nak beli umah yg harga 300k ni. so, sy nak pandangan dr org yg berpengalaman. blh tak bg pendapat or nk email personally? TQ

Azim, i dah try tnya kwn tp jwpn dia x help pun sbb i memang x tau next step nak buat apa..boleh advice tak lps loan approved next best step is to ..? Sign snp dekat loyer atau kena p acept  loan yg lulus tu dulu ?

Then kalau p jumpak bank oficer yg nak cerita detail pasai loan tu, apa soklan2 penting yg patut i tanya kat dia ..patutka i accept ja terus or tggu bank lain sbb bank lain i submit application lambat...

bukan apa kesian pulak org dah tolong kira n push my application bagi cepat semua tiba2 i nak reject kann...err kira mcm tu pulak..kesian kt org yg buat keja tu sebenaq nya...

yg lain2 kalau ada pendapat sila utarakan. nak tau gak..tq tt
