Kat tempat aku kalau kerja weekend ... non-exec dibayar overtime x2 ... exec boleh ganti cuti tp takde elaun atau overtime ...

Its depend to your company practice. Those with salary below rm2.5k entitled to claim overtime pay for the work done during off day or rest day & public holiday. For those rm2.5k above & x covered under EA 1955 plak some company pay rm10/hr or mcm2 pay lagik & some allow employee to have replacement leave. So company hang practice apa?

tu xtahu ag, sebab sebelum ni aku mintak elaun sbb kena attend call pon aku kena sound. katenye sbnrnye bukan aku xleh nak attend call, aku nak duit actually. Then, tetibe dia kate aku kena keja as a teamwork.

Aku assume company hg ni level developer bumiputera yg hauk dlm pemberian benefit pd staff. Janji boss kaya, staff terabai pun xpa... Mana yg bleh cut xyah bayar depa xkan byr... Jns cekik darah punya boss...
