rasanya klo blm byr apa2...xda denda kot... klo dh ada depo biasanya depo hangus la |

apsal nk cancel? rasa x mampu nk byr atau camne? SPA dah stamping? sape nk byr ganti rugi kos stamping tu semua?
jmp lawyer bank tanya status agreement tu dah stamping atau blum. mgkn kena byr blk la kot kt lawyer sb customer yg mtk cancel.
kalau blum stamping, minta lawyer bank buat surat cancelation htr kpd bank. nnt lawyer tu yg akan uruskan dgn pihak bank. yg dgn pemaju mtk lawyer SPA pi settle kan dgn pemaju. apa2 cost yg incurred, customer tu kena bayar sb customer tu sdri yg berhasrat batalkan penjualan. |

Ritu lps oficer bank ofer letter pinjaman aku teragak2 cam nak baca dokumen dulu pun dia dah tarik muka bagai..sebelum tu bukan main baik lg layan..nampak cam aku teragak2 dia dah naik hantu..aku sain ja lahh...walaupun hati ada menyesai...

sign letter offer kemudian cancel tak jadi ambik loan tak apa la. kadang2 bank impose konon2 nk denda 1% kalau customer yg dah sign letter offer tp kemudian cancel tp ujung2 pun bank x denda pun. letter offer tu wpun dah sign mana2 pihak bole batalkan samada bank sdri ataupun customer. tu hanya tawaran dlm bentuk bertulis.
yg pentingnya bila letter offer tu dah di panjangkan ke loan agreement. kalau pastu batal tp x stamping mgkn lawyer denda customer dari segi proses mcm cth kos kertas, land seach plus keje2 yg dorg dah buat.
yg buruknya kalau SPA mahupun loan agreement tu dah htr stamping. sebab stamping tu ad valorem. mahal la kosnya. sape pihak yg nk batalkan, pihak tu yg kena byr gantirugi.
kalau dah byr deposit kt vendor ataupun developer, kdg2 burn camtu je sb kt SPA dah ada tulis. |

Mungkin la kot. Location rumah di utara duduk di kl.Saya pon tak faham nape nak beli rumah jauh2. ...
call bank pun bole jgk tp kena tgk jgk proses dah sampai mana. seeloknya call lawyer bank jgk sb lawyer bank yg deal dgn bank, pelanggan & lawyer SPA. mereka yg tau proses tu sampai mana. |

Laa..kalau tau ritu kensel jah..aku hesitate sikit dgn offer tu trus tone dia mcm nak telan ..sbb penat kut dia cek sana sini status umah bagai..sbb dia ofer sikit sgt rasa x syok...tggu bank lain lambat pulak..
apa2 pun umah dah slamat dibeli n byr instalm...tq for info..

Update: dah gi tanya bank suh isi borangm kena penalty rm2k, amek masa 2 3 minggu. So bank dah setel. Sekang nak uruskan pemaju punya hal pulak. tq semua |
