batuk lebih sebulan, help!

Sakit dah lebih dari sebulan, mula mula suspect TB tapi result negetive. Doc kata maybe lung infection, ubat yang dorang bagi just Tramadol dgn paracetamol. X-ray test, Mantoux test and Phlegm test semua dah buat, tapi mcm tkde effect je, apa patut saya buat? mohon nasihat  |

Kalau batuk gatal ke batuk sakit tekak minum ecpi. My aunty batuk lama anak di bagi minum air ecpi dgn izin baik. Cubalah. Minum tu sikit sikit sikit. Bagi tramadol/paracetamol utk apa? Hmm no komenlah. Tapi cubalah minum air ecpi tu. |

Batuk sebulan ada impotant cause.. eg viral illness etc. I am happy to know that CXR tak tunjuk pneumonia dan Mantoux you tak reactive. |

I batuk lbih dr 4 bulan dah. Doc ckp dr drip cough dr reflux perut sbb i ada gerd |

I batuk lama juga. Blood test ok paru2 ok. I sembuh sikit dgn consume madu every morning waktu perut kosong. |

Ya Melinda, post-nasal drip dan GERD (or GORD) dua dua ni boleh sebabkan chonic cough, begitu juga Hiatus Hernia. Tapi di negara tropics cam kita, paling improtnt kita rule out TB. Juga, kerana udara kita kotor, kena check CXR kot kot ada ketumbuhan nauzubillah. Also, sebab ramai perokok around kita, bleh gak dapat COPD or emphysema. Some medications also causes batuk.. therefore I rasa you kena pegi jumpa respiratory physician or pulmonologist. 4 bulan is long time. ramai je yg ada GERD tapi batuk bukanlah symptoms utama mereka.

Dah check semua even spirometer test tu dah berulang2. My lung is healthy dan normal. Gerd tu I pernah buat test endo semua tpi just small hiatus tpi tak bahaya doc tu ckp. Even vocal cord pun I pernah check doc. Last2 i consume madu jer. Batuk tu dah beransur hilang. |

utk diri aku sendiri kalau batuk aku cuma minum madu + perahan limau nipis
selalunya mesti hilang..paling lama 2 atau 3 hari
x yah pun mkn ubat batuk dr klinik
ank aku yg ada lelah pun kalau dia mula batuk
aku bg benda yg sama
so far selama ni ok jerk
xde pun batuk dia melarat sampai jd lelah |
