usb port kat laptop saya mcm rosak dan x dapat detect mouse logitech yg saya baru beli.tp mouse lama boleh detect sket2.yg jadi masalahnya bila klik mouse x detect plak klik tersebut. apa perlu dibuat?penat gila klik tp x jalan.bukan begitu sahaja.touchpad pun x berfungsi .x boleh klik juga.thanks.

kalau dlm bios @ os yg guna live cd idup x? kalo x idup gak mebi port rosak lah..
kalo port rosak mmg xleh watpe.. |

rasanya tu kalau contact point dia longgar ke apa.. tp kalo punca lain x sure la brp nk kena...

Jadi, jd kena ketatkan balik ke contact point usb tu?semua port usb x boleh guna mouse. |

i think u'r software had a problem try this- enable usb on bios mode (power management tab)
- go to device manager,.....right clik on Universal serial bus cotroller---->scan for hardware change
- go to device manager, go to universal serial bus controller (+)------>find the yellow triangle----uninstall---restart
- go to regedit, " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/service/USB " if u cant find USB, u can make new one
on USB---->new ----> dword (32bit)---> name it with "DisableSelectiveSuspend" -----> the falue is 1
u can download this if the problem not fixed (driver pack solution can searh automaticly u'r problem and fix it)

Hmmm dah cuba format tp x boleh klik .so terpaksa lah pakai win xp.nnt ndak try the solution above |

Boleh bagi sikit info pasal:- a. Spec Laptop - tahun, model, maybe model cpu (dari cpu bley jangka lappy tahun bila -- kalo lupa lappy tahun bila laa...)
b. Operating System - Windows 7/8/10? (waktu kata tak detect mouse tu)
Dah cuba semua USB port?
Dah cuba port-port tu dengan external device lain? Dah try cucuk pendrive / flashdrive / external hard disk? Detect?
- YES. Maybe driver mouse tak install. Logitech mouse model baru2 (terutama yg pakai usb receiver) implemen Logitech Unifying Software.
- NO. (1) If laptop lama (pakai core2 duo & terdahulunya -- 2010 ke bawah) + Wins 10, mmg akan ada problem pasal drivers - termasuklah USB, mouse touch pad, keyboard & card reader... guna Win 10 Setting > Update & Security > Windows Update. Win 10 akan carikan replacement driver utk lappy.
(2) If laptop terkini / agak terkini (2011 & ke atas), kemungkinan besar ada missing driver... refer pada Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus Controller. Check ada tak missing driver utk USB controller tu? Update/Removed then reinstalled.
If senario and troubleshoot tak menjadi, besar kemungkinan port USB ada problem... boleh cuba cari replacement (used) usb port ikut jenis/model laptop.
If berani lagi, buka sendiri laptop...check usb port and check connection soldering (pateri) pada board dia... check condition. (macbook lama slalu jd USB not detected)

a)Spec laptop core 2 duo brand hp probook 4510s
b)Operating system-win 7, pehtu x detect.dah cuba semua usb port.
*terkini apabila masuk safe mode, usb dah boleh detect semula pakai mouse lama dan bukan logitech.tp problem plak bila ndak install win 7 iaitu stuck pada "expanding files at 55%" .

dah check dalam Device Manager? Ada tak driver tak update / missing?

usb nampak ok.ada 1-2 port yg bermasalah .cam iklan biskut sat ada sat x ada.

cara terbaik nak test, ialah cari LIVE CD mana2 OS. linux atau Hirens.
cucuk usb device tu dulu, then boot cd live tu.
bila masuk OS, check tengok USB device tu boleh detect ke tidak?
kalau boleh detect, then tkde problem hardware la. mungkin driver issue je lah kot.
kalau takleh detect, try godek2 jugak dlam Live OS tu. mana tau kot2 driver dia pun weng jugak... tapi kalau mmg tkleh detct jugak, kemungkinan besar hardware problem la tu... |

Dah dpt format dan install win 7 .mouse boleh guna kat satu port saja.tp x lama.lepaih tu wat hal balik x berfungsi.x bernyala mouse tu.kena bukak dan cucuk balik mouse tu.hmmmm |

Aiyohhh.... japp, mouse logitech ape kau pakai nie sebenarnya? Cer bagi no model?
Kalo tak silap... kalo wireless mouse, skang nie dia ada drivers sendiri ko kena installed...
Tatau laa kalo lepas installed jd lg masalah ko... maybe dah sampai mase cari spare part utk USB port tuh

sue ada lagi nie Core i3 530 @ 2.93GHz LGA1156 nak kasik clear... rig only (no gpu)... pm tepi sape minat
