Tahniah la penduduk Subang Jaya, dah la parking kupon pun takda, mesin semua tak diselenggara, nak kena guna app je. MBSJ bagi smart phone pree, internet pree kat semua penduduk subang jaya ke? Kita pun nak la.
La ni tanam sayur dlm pasu kat luar pun tak buleh katanya, urban la sangat kan. Dah la nak kena jemur baju dlm rumah gitu pasal sakit mata nampak spenda agaknya.  Nak kena mintak permission dik non nak tanam serai dlm pasu letak kat luar. LMAOOOOO.
Takde ke orang bijak pandai selain Nik Ezanee dlm perkhidmatan gomen nih?

Subang Jaya residents no longer allowed to grow fruit trees, veggies outside their homes, says MBSJ


PETALING JAYA, March 18 ― Subang residents seeking to place potted plants and grow fruit trees and vegetables in shared spaces outside their home are now required to collectively obtain permission from the Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) through the Resident Representative Council (MPP).


“MBSJ has a policy for controlled tree planting and landscape beautification,” MBSJ Corporate and Strategic Management Department deputy director Azfarizal Abdul Rashid said in a statement.
“This policy is applicable in open spaces, green areas and buffer zones within the administrative area of the Council and it is subject to the Park By-Laws (MPSJ) 2007.”
The Council said the by-laws prohibits residents to dig any land or relocate grassy soil in the area.


This is because the area is meant for community recreation and to create a green, healthy and comfortable living environment.

“Uncontrolled planting of trees can cause trees to grow messily and have no landscape significance, uniformity or harmony.”

“The planting of fruit trees attracts mosquitoes and ants that have become common complaints from residents.”
Azfarizal also said there was a tendency among some residents to dominate the area, leaving no room for other members of the community to use the space comfortably.
Subang residents told Malay Mail yesterday MBSJ officers have been conducting rounds in residential areas to give homeowners verbal notice to clear off plants growing on council land.
Residents said they were told to remove their potted plants from the front yard and clotheslines as well as flower pots from the back of their homes.
Last month, the Council issued a notice instructing residents to move their potted plants and various items from common areas such as playgrounds and road shoulders within 14 days to allow grass-cutting works to continue without obstruction.

Fruit trees, vegetables and potted plants are strictly prohibited.
“Communities are not allowed to plant any trees without the consent of the Council,” Azfarizal said.
“Community members who intend to plant trees in the mentioned areas need to discuss with and obtain approval from MPP prior.”
He said the Council will not entertain any application from individuals.
The Council is instead encouraging residents to carry out their gardening endeavours by going to the 65 community gardens it has established within the city.

kat pasir gudang dah lama ada undang2 ni. macam dah lama sgt. tapi tak pasti macamana depa survive dgn larangan tu. i mean samada majlis/pbt (tak sure skrg nama apa) kuatkuasa dgn strict sgt atau tak. tak sure.

kat pasir gudang, tanah sendiri yg larangan tanam pokok buah2an. bukan kat tanah awam. means landskap perumahan adalah dilarang sama sekali pokok yg edible . Mesti pokok lanskap jugak .

Typical ummah yg beli landed property, smp bahu2 jalan depan rmh dia buat reta sendiri.. Ada plak yg renovate extend rmh smp porch letak kete sendiri pun xde, pastu parking kete sendiri merata kat bahu jalan..

Dah tiba masanya malaysia kena charge parking bukan kat tanah persendirian . Means apa2 kenderaan yg letak kat tanah luar kawasan geran sendiri kena bayar parking, walaupun dibahu jalan. walaupun rumah sendiri. tapi bahu jalan tempat letak kenderaan tu bukan tanah hg . nak memunya pulak. tapi kalau malaysia implement undang2 ni CONFIRM kena cop sbg kerajaan zalim menindas

aku pernah pegi rumah kawan aku kat jepun, keadaan rumah macam dato keramat tu laa... 1 lot tanah tu atas bawah org lain & square ft rumah kecik sgt... rumah terlampau rapat2. tapi tkde masalah langsung sbb ada boundaries utk pemilik rumah/ penyewa. takkan mungkin perkara personal boleh melebihi area yg dia own/rent. kemas tersusun jaa walaupun setiap unit lot tak sama bentuk. betul2 kagum sbb small spaces pun tak menyusahkan jiran & keadaan nampak cantik. setiap kali lalu lorong berlainan aku ambik gambar

Bkn dkt putrajaya jah, kalau perumahan tu strata title, xboleh cat / ubah suai pd luaran bangunan/rumah. Parking pon xboleh makan space org sebelah

siapa tahu tempat macam mana yang tak boleh tu?
if bukan tanah sendiri memang tak boleh la memandai2 ko nak menanam dikkk...
ganggu parking... ganggu laluan orang... ganggu pemandangan...

sini pun ada pari pari pergi tanam pokok serai haritu kat tepi jalan... tak silap dah kena cabut ke racun oleh majlis daerah...

dia tanam persis orang berkebun tu haa dah macam tempat ular membiak pun ada...
memang patut pun kena racun... ingat tanah bapak dia ke apa... mesti kalau ada pokok besar tinggi di pacaknya patung dumbo kat situ...

Aku ni tgh ekomomi mcm ni pon ter beli jgk rmh baru.kwn2 semua kata leh amik loan lg sblm 60 tahun hi hi kiranye loan terakhir  aku lah ni..tgk rebate byk, tergoda jgk dgn promo rege pkp ni. murah byk pulak aku rasa. Lot banglo yg dlm jota2an leh dpt dlm 900k. Tgk kt plan ade tnh kosong kat belakang sebelum pagar batu..baru pikir nk bercucuk tnm.rmh2 eco  semua tu mmg x leh bercucuk tnm kan...kat luo rmh aku skrg ni ada jgk tnm mangga sepokok..somi mmg mrh masa aku tnm tu..sbb bkn hak kita..tp jiran2 aku ramai je yg menanam. klu mbsa ikut mpsj suh tebang aku tebang je lahh..redho dh tnh org.

orang2 kat area rumah kawan kat jepun tu ada kereta tak? kalau ada diorang park macammana ye? pernah tengok kat tv rumah2 orang jepun ni tapi tak perasan kereta parking kat mana.
