TIPS BERHENTI MEROKOK -

pada mana mana guys kat sini --
yang  nak berhenti merokok --
boleh la tengok tips ni -

as well  pada mana2   guys yang pernah merokok
dan BERJAYA berhenti --  kongsilah  dengan forumers --
saya percaya ada ramai forumers yang nak berhenti tapi
masih gagal --   tak kira  yang lelaki atau  perempuan --


Tip berhenti merokok


1. JIKA timbul keinginan untuk merokok, cuba lengah-lengahkan sehingga keinginan itu hilang dengan sendiri.



2. MINUM air suam dengan banyak. Elak mengambil minuman bergula atau berkafein seperti teh atau kopi.

3. CUBA menarik nafas sekerap yang boleh.

4. KUNYAH sesuatu seperti buah-buahan atau gula-gula getah untuk mengelak rasa ketagih terhadap rokok.

5. BUAT sesuatu aktiviti yang boleh melupakan rokok seperti bersukan, membaca buku atau bersiar-siar.

6. JIKA di rumah, mandi seberapa kerap atau basuh tangan setiap kali timbul keinginan untuk merokok.

7. YANG penting lakukan senaman kerana badan yang sihat, anda boleh melupaka rokok.

aku dulu heavy smoker gak...1st step yg aku buat aku dok serumah ngan member2 aku yg tak smoking...2nd step aku sentiasa igt bagaimana seksanya arwah ayah aku sakit akibat merokok...alhamdulillah skang nih aku bebas dpd rokok...

yup my dad pun dulu heavy smoker...umur die skrg 74 nasib baik masih sihat lagi...
but disbbkan kuat merokok die penah diserang sakit jantung pada tahun 2001....masuk ICU 5 hari 5 malam kat hosp besar tengku fauziah kat kangar...lepas kene heart attack die dapat kencing manis plak...
rasa sedih plak mase tu esp time mengiringi my dad ke dalam ICU dari unit kecemasan
mmg doc cakap sbb kene heart attack tu sbb die kuat merokok...sehari 40 batang (2 kotak)
ayah i merokok sejak umur 18 tahun..die merokok selama 56 tahun....
n die dahpun berhenti merokok sblm raya baru2 ni....
die tak buat satu pun tips merokok kat atas tu....cuma the ower of of he control his mind...
nak ngan tak nak jer...
bila ketagih nak merokok tu die lawan jugak...sbb die cakap ketagihan tu beberapa minit jer sbnrnya....
kalau lepas 2-3 minit tu die dah tak rasa nak merokok lagi dah....n he keep doing that....
skrg die berbangga kat kawan die....sbb ramai kawan die heran....n tanya kat die...
"how did u stop smoking?"nape dari dulu tak quit? nape lepas 56 tahun baru nak quit?

and my dad reply : "Its never too late to start something new"

aku dulu heavy metal.......environment sama yang bagi susah nak brenti rokok.....
daripada jadi 2ndhand smoker baik jadi 1st hand kan, kan kan?

pi klinik gigi paihtu cuci la.....
buleh buang....
selalu kalau orang yang tak isap rokok gosok gigi 2 kali sehari.....
smokers double....ntah laaaa...
cuma andaian ja tu....

kakak i lagi teruk...tiap kali lepas makan die akan gosok gg....n gigi die mmg cantik...
takde palam satu pun....
kalau g KFC pun die akan bawak ubat n berus gg ....

my dad tak sihat smlm...badan die jadik lemah smcam...
n my mum bring him to the clinic n the doc said that he should not quit smoking ....
so ayah i dah smoking balik...hehehehhehe

aku pon heavy smoking gak tapi aku ade tips untuk sape2 nak berenti smoking nih...




setiap 1 hari.. ko org kena isap sekurang2nya 20* bungkus rokok yg berbeza brand... dan dikuti 14 bungkus rokok cool mint pada waktu malamnya. Dengan syarat hanya makan sebijik karipap dan setengah gelas air suam (dilarang makan nasik)... amalkan pada setiap hari... dan insyaallah... sesungguhnya hidup hanye sementara dan mati itu pasti!:hatdown:

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder; more specifically, it is an anxiety disorder.    2. The behaviors or mental acts are aimed at preventing or reducing distress or preventing some dreaded event or situation; however, these behaviors or mental acts either are not connected in a realistic way with what they are designed to neutralize or prevent or are clearly excessive.
