Synopsis Mio is a selfish brat who comes back to Japan after 10 years of staying in America. She has been receiving treatment for an incurable disease. Ikki, her brother, works as an assistant cameraman. He has given up on his ambition to be promoted and now lives an indolent lifestyle. The siblings reunite, and they are both surprised at each other抯 changes. Mio reminds her brother of the promise he gave her when he accidentally stole her first kiss 10 years ago. He promised to help her find love and a true first kiss.

citer ni maybe lebih pada citer keluarga macam Kiken na Aneki (Misaki Ito & Mirai Moriyama)...of course la Hideaki Ito heronya sbb citer pasal abang adik more to love story, lagipun Yuta Hiraoka blm buleh outrank Hideaki Ito yg lebih senior n popular dr dia...tp nmpknya watak Yuta pun besar gak sbb jadi love interest Mao, n then watak Hideaki yg ala2 wat acuh tak acuh tu nmpk mcm akan jatuh cinta ngan doktor Mao, Yasuko Matsuyuki tp tak berani nak approach pasal dia rasa diri dia yg womaniser tu tak layak ngan doktor yg cantik n bijak tu...so kesimpulannya citer ni pasal:

- hubungan abang adik yg lama tak jumpa
- kisah percintaan abang n adik ngan partner masing2

btw, nmpk gaya citer ni bukan betul2 citer sedih la walaupun watak Mao tu sakit...sbb dia spoiled brat jadi dia suka ikut sesuka ati dia n suka menghambakan org lain...lagipun ada watak 3 comedians terkemuka kat Jepun dlm citer nih...

satu lagi info yg sgt penting nih, drama First Kiss ni akan diarahkan oleh pengarah drama Nodame Cantabile!
