HELPP URGENT : 4 days old kitten, how to feed?? TINGGAL KENANGAN..

Assalamualaikum...

Mintak tolong forumer yang ada experience @ nak share info..
Mi ada adopt a kitten around 4 days old, ada orang buang kat tepi jalan..sampai hatiii ...kalo mi tak amik, mungkin akan mati kena baham anjing..so, mi ada problem camana nak bagi susu kat kitten ni..actually kat rumah pun ada sekor ibu kucing yg tgh breastfeedkan kitten yg dah 2 mnths old..ones in a while, kami mampu pegang ibu kucing tu utk bagi peluang this kitten menyusu..tapi susah, ye lah kan..ibu kucing tu tau bukan anak dia, dia jilat2 je, tapi taknak bagi tumpang menyusu..

so, ada tak forumer yg tau, kat mana nak beli sekiranya ada jual botol susu or something yg boleh membantu this kitten menyusu susu formula ..kesian sgttttt, this small kitten tak tau lagi nak jilat2, risau la....mi dok area bangi, kalo dapat kedai tu area puchong @ cyberjaya @ putrajaya @ baangi @ sri kembangan ok gak..nak terus pegi beli....please help....

You should try pet shops. If you're really concerned about the kitten, bring it to the vet(be prepared to pay) and they should be able to find a solution.

  siannya newborn kitten dah kena posa..tp memang dah posa tu, pagi tadi bagi susu b4 pegi keje..half day posa dah

gi farmasi beli syringe.. 5ml/cc ke ok gak.. pastu belikan susu kuceng.. suap jer ngan syringe tu.. insya allah selamat dan sihat kuceng tu..

biasa nya kena bg susu 3-4 jam sekali...

confirm bukan...sbb siap letak dlm kotak, ngan 3 ekor anak, bersama baju2 tak pakai..tepi simpang jalan pulak tu...2 ekor lagi tak sempat diselamatkan, dah kena ngap ngan anjing...

1st of all,syabas mimi sbb selamatkan the bebi
about the bebi cane nak nyusu..err kang lau paksa2 ibu kucing tu soh susukan kang die ngap lak bebi tuh plg sesuai lam keadaan ni,mimi terpaksalaa kuar beli botol susu tuk bebi kucing tu..ade saiz2 die rasanya..yg kecik punye ade.
nnt cuba check kat petshop yeh..amek yg plg kecik.
gud lak mimi! nnt update kt sini tau hopefully die selamat...

okes..dah balik...alhamdulillah dah jumpa botol susu tu..kat pet shop bangi as per informed by pcyduck..bli skali susu utk kitten..then terus balik rumah..bancuh susu...dalam pada tu try pujuk si ibu, bolehlah bertahan 2/3 minit..bila mi try suapkan nipple botol susu tu, alamak aiiii terus taknak..sedihnye...tp mi try la jugak masukkan nipple tu dlm mulut dia..then picit botol..masuk skit2 je..apakan daya, mi terpaksa la pujuk si ibu lagi skali...dpt la menyusu seminit dua...huwaaaaa so sad...tapi apa2 pun rasa berbaloi balik rumah tadi sbb dapat jugak isikan perut si baby wp maybe tak cukup

insyaallah boleh..tapi masalahnya skang ni, si baby tak nak minum guna botol susu tu..

mi memang pencinta kucing..dari kecik sampai besor camni la..stkt bercakap2 ngan kucing tu biasa sgt..actually baru 3 hari lepas one of my kitten died..kena langgar keta jiran..then, last saturday i jumpa this baby kitten...semacam pengganti kepada yg baru je takde tu...

apa2 pun i'll try to make the mom comfortable with the newborn baby..ye lah..mi pun paham, bukan senang dia nak terima kan..tadi pun tengok ada improvement sikit, masa mi letak baby nak nyusu kat si ibu, si ibu tu ade la jilat2 the baby..tapi sekejap je la, lepas tu trus wat donno..

mi doakan baby selamat, n dapat membesar dgn baik...kesian sgt..hati tak tenteram tinggalkan dia macam tu

*Care for kittens without a mother:
It's a worrisome situation when there's no mother to care for the kittens: she may have died, or she may be present but absolutely ignore her babies.

Or: the litter may have been found without a mother.
If you have found such a litter, please look here at the chapter Dumped Kittens to find out what you should do. In case you have to take the kittens home with you because you can't get help from the Animal Protection Service, here is some information about their care:

          o Small kittens from 0 to 4 weeks old can't eat or drink independently.
          o Just born kittens have to be bottle-fed every 2 hours, day and night
          o The bottle-feeding has to be done with special milk, like KMR or Lactol. It depends on where you are on how you can get this substitute-nursing milk. Ask the vet or a nearby breeder. See Bottle-feeding chapter
          o Attention: don't use regular (cow)milk: it contains too much lactose and causes intestinal problems.
          o At birth a kitten weighs approximately 100 grams.
          o Kittens have to be kept warm with hotwater bottles or bags. Watch out for hypothermia. See Bottle-feedingchapter.
          o The umbilical cord falls off by itself between the 3rd and 5th day
          o At birth a kitten can't see nor hear.
          o Eyes and ears will open between the 9th and 12th day.
          o The first teeth will appear at around 3 weeks of age.
          o Kittens will start eating independently at around 4 weeks of age. Start with a little Nutrix rice pudding. Bottle-feeding will still be necessary. It may be possible that kittens - like the one in the picture below - will only accept the bottle and not the pudding. Warning: never give Brinta (wheat product) which has too much fiber and can cause diarrhea. Give only easily digestible porridge like Nutrix, mixed with Litterlac, KMR or Lactol.

    * Start litterbox-training at the age of 4 weeks, no matter if there's a mother around or not, because she will often stop licking the kittens clean as soon as the kittens start eating different foods. After every feeding put the kittens in the special small kitten litterbox with the low entry. The litter must be very fine, and absolutely non-clumping. This is important in case a kitten eats some of the litter which may then clump in its digestive system.
    * When they're 6 weeks old they can start eating dry kitten kibble soaked in some water and food for kittens.
