Nak mintak tolong kalau ader sesiapa tau umah yg nak di jual...kalau uma baru lagi bagus.
kalu boleh kat area Bukit Indah,Uda Utama dan sewaktu dgn nyer..

aritu survey  umah baru kat Uda utama,bukit indah 2, Kempas Indah, Setia Tropika, mutiara Rini semua dah abis...

budjet kaau boleh RM160K ke bawah...

either Taman Pelangi Indah... atau Taman Perling... double-storey... the cheapest would be around 170K++...

kalo kat Taman Perling, ada satu phase baru nak CFO... Layang Terrace.. double storey... bumiputra price cheapest around 170K++ yg tu paling baru...

ni rumah Pelangi Berhad....

dengar citer pelangi indah jatuh harga. dulu kawan aku beli umah sana 200k++, skrg value balik dah tak sampai 200k. tp aku kalo nak beli rumah nanti aku prefer belah2 hala ke skudai. tak nak la hari2 dok membelah jalan tebrau tu. tapi belah tebrau makin meriah plak. ini nak buat tesco ngan ikea

Hmm...Klu tk silap aku, developer Pelangi Indah ni ok...kira established jugakla, kuality umh pun ok...tk silap...yg kt Tmn Impian Emas tu pun dr developer yg sama.

dulu same... skrang dah under parent company yg lain... skrang pelangi indah ande pelangi berhad, which is under PNB... Impian Emas under Berinda... under Kuok Group...

dua2 pon lebih kurang tahap kualiti nye...sbb tu umah mahal sket...

tak mampu nk beli umah mahal2....

dulu berangan nk beli umah yang ada swimming pool kat JP Perdana. Kira punya kira... macam banyak gila duit kena keluar. sat fikir lagi... ingat nak simpan duit and buat umah kek kampung halaman jek...

terbayang sawah menghijau, udara laut china selatan yang damai.. arghhhh... indahnya alam....

pelangi indah dgn impian emas tu dah bercerai dah.. satu ikut bapak, atu ikut mak

entahla aku pon tak paham kenapa bleh jatuh. member yg keje valuer pon kata gitu gak. dia kata ramai sporean dah beli pastu la ni nak jual balik. itu pon 1 sebab gak.

berinda homes under kouk rumah deme mahal2.. tak ada below 200k. kalau aku buat masa ni tak mampu milik kot. tp mcm kualiti je. tgk la taman impian emas, tmn molek, tgk je pon bleh impress. kalau gated comm tu mcm canggih je diaorg pakai kad yg sama utk parking kat CS. dia panggil lifestyle card (kredit/debit card eon bank)
