Adakah malaysia still tak ikut pasaran microsoft untuk tidak menjualkan perisian microsoft xp pro / home ? |

stok lama masih lagi dijual. cuma stok baru aje tak dikeluarkan lagi.
apa2 hal pun, XP HOME support dilanjutkan sampai 2014, taktau la XP PRO cemana nasib....
Windows XP Gets Extended Support until 2014 - Microsoft increases the life of XP Home and Media Center Editions

The Redmond Company has announced that is has introduced two of its current operating system editions into the Extended Support phase. In this context, Windows XP Home Edition and Windows XP Media Center Edition have had their lifecycles extended by a total of five years, on top of the original support period of the two products. "Today, Microsoft is announcing the addition of an Extended Support phase for the Windows XP Home Edition and Windows XP Media Center Edition operating systems, providing consumers with an additional phase of support," revealed Microsoft.
Microsoft revealed that it will deliver additional support for XP Home Edition and XP Media Center Edition until April 2014. "With the addition of Extended Support, the support life cycle for Windows XP Home Edition and Windows XP Media Center Edition will include a total of five years of Mainstream Support (until April 2009) and five years of Extended Support, matching the support policy provided for Windows XP Professional. The Microsoft Support Lifecycle policy standardizes Microsoft product support policies for business and developer products as well as for consumer, hardware, multimedia and Microsoft Dynamics products," added Microsoft.
With the added support for XP Home and Media Center, Microsoft has marked a precedent, as this is the first time that the Redmond juggernaut introduces software products into the Extended Support phase for consumers. Windows XP Professional already had policies support that extended beyond 2009. In this regard, Microsoft will offer support for Windows XP for a total of over 12 years, as the operating system was launched in October 2001 and will expire in April 2014.

dulu masa kemunculan XP dulu pun camni gak
pengguna Win200 ngan Winme sampai la Win98 tak nak guna Xp tapi nanti kena tukar gak |

betul gak, sebab lambat laun, mesti orang ramai start guna gak Vista ni. biasanya orang2 kat office ni yang susah nk guna benda2 baru ni. kalau kat umah, biasa la, mesti nk cuba benda yang baru, kan.
p.s Dulu aku taknak guna Office 07, sanggup pegi kedai beli balik CD Office 03 sebab ada orang tibai CD aku. lepas tu, ilang lagi CD tu. last2 bila aku beli Office 07, takde lak orang nk tibai CD ni. |

erm, sama ada aku guna WinXP Ori SP2 ataupun terus guna Vista Ultimate je. sebab XP yang dah modified mcm ada obvious weaknesses. nampak mcm fake.
p.s Dulu ada gak guna XP Dark Edition ngan Performance Edition, tapi tak berapa berkenan. terus je guna XP SP2 biasa balik. Ni da abis download Vista Ultimate, nak burn apa yang patut, lepas tu pakai je Vista ni. kalau bosan tukar je balik XP SP2. Penah gak install SuSE Linux, tapi disebabkan ilmu yang cetek mengenai Linux, OS tu hanya bertahan selama sebulan je.  |

ertinya : "pemandangan". :re: 
security ketat konon macam linux.
interface lawa konon macam MAC.
kalo stakat nak interface lawa, tak perlu pun guna vista.

security ketat hapenya vista ni... menyusahkan orang lagi ada la. kebanyakan security features banyak yang aku disable kan. Dark Edition pulak tak buat macam satu pakej, so banyak application yang dia run secara berasingan dan nampak mcm annoying and it really irritates me. Vista punya interface pulak terlalu berat, sampai menyusahkan users. klu setakat 1GB memory pun, rasanya macam masih berat. nak guna Linux, tak berapa pandai. |

maksud aku ialah, dalam XP Dark Edition ni, ada banyak application yang dia run, bagi membuatkan XP serupa ngan Vista. Contoh macam, nk tukar start menu, dia guna satu application, nak view Drive dia guna satu application, nak buat winFlip dia guna satu application. so macam terlalu banyak application yang di run oleh XP dark edition ni, membuatkan ianya nampak mengjengkelkan. (bagi aku la, sebab ramai yang x kisah, yang penting pakai XP tapi nampak macam pakai Vista). |

yapp... betol la tu.
tu pasal aku download dan cuba hampir 5 jenis dark & black edition. so far, jumpa 2 jenis aje yg elok.
jenis cemana tak reti plak aku nak explain, cuma, aku buleh disable themes dan disable byk default interface dan desktop.
tak sama macam dark/black edition yg lain - bende2 tu takleh disable. terpaksa guna.
skrg aku cuma guna 1 black edition utk pc AMD aku, dan winXP SP3 ripped punya utk pc aku guna skrg ni.
vista yg ada pada leptop akak aku, langsung tak menarik. buat aku lagi nyampah ade la... susah nak troubleshoot. nak reocver data pun takbleh sbb ada image data hidden as system file. even sesetengah recovery software buleh baca, still aku tak berani nak usik takut crash terus. |

aku pakai ori sebab yang cetak rompak pelbagai tah apa benda kat dalam pun aku tak tau.Baru 2 bulan nak ditamatkan baru aku beli win xp ori.Nak ikutkan banyak versi xp pirate dari xp no pack hingga xp sp3 . sebulan sekali macam nak format je.pc kat rumah aku la 2.4 processor jadi benggung dan slow pakai pirate..Bagi aku nak stabil pc dan malas dah beli cetak rompak yang pelbagai versi memeningkan kepala aku je.Masa repair pc member pun sama.rasa menyumpah sapa buat pirate ni.So sekarang retailer patut bagi dsikaun kau kau for xp original  |

kadang2 tu installation tak proper, ada jugak beberapa kes berpunca dari hddisk yg tak "bersih".
tu pasal jadi lagu tu.
so far, aku rasa dah lebih 50 jenis winXP home & pro aku install. (pirate & ori) kat pc sendiri dan customer & kengkawan aku.
paling lancar ialah bila aku delete dulu hddisk tu. takde partition, takde apa. pendek kata, buat Low Level FOrmat guna utiliti harddisk tu. ataupun guna 3rd party. |

urghh... mcm tak sanggup aku nak buat low level format. dlu pernah buat, tak sampai 10%, aku da give up. lama betul. aku rasa mcm full format da memadai. jangan sesekali malas nk Full Format, dan buat Quick Format je. Memang HDD tu tak bersih. bukannya lama sgt pun nk Full format.
p.s aku tgk ramai yg malas nk Full Format. Lepas tu mula la meragam OS tu. |

cara paling mudah yg aku tau ialah guna software KiLL_Disk dari @Active software.

tak perlu install. donlod je floppy disk version (bootable) atau iso utk cdrom (also bootable).
free version buleh delete 1 hddisk tu 1 pass. kalo full version leh erase banyak kali (utk special case). |
