Error 711 : problem modem & win xp

sesape boleh tolong tak?...pc aku tak boleh detect modem....ada error 711....aku tak tau cara yang terbaik utk menyelesaikan masalah aku tu....:2cool:

SYMPTOMS
When you try to create a new network connection, you may receive the following error message:
Error 711: Cannot load Remote Access Service Connection Manager.

The Routing and Remote Access service terminated with service-specific error 711 (0x2C7)
Incoming Connections depend on the Routing and Remote Access service which was unable to start. For more information, check the system event log.
You may also be unable to install network adapters.
CAUSE
This issue may occur if the following services are disabled:

    * Telephony
    * Remote Access Connection Manager
    * Remote Access Auto Connection Manager

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, enable the disabled services, and then start the services:

   1. Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.
   2. Double-click Services and Applications, and then double-click Services.
   3. Right-click Telephony, and then click Properties.
   4. On the General tab, click Manual next to Startup type.
   5. On the General tab, click Start under Service status, and then click OK.
   6. Repeat steps 3 - 5 for Remote Access Connection Manager and Remote Access Auto Connection Manager.

sory ler..saya dah cuba buat yang ko bgtau tu...tapi sekarang ada error 5 remote access connection manager dan juga error 1028 dalam remote access auto manager...tolong...macammana nak selesaikan problem ni.....

err..if still unavailable...i just suggest u to reinstall the software..or format it..cause ive been in this damn! situation S#$% mcm %$%#$&$ huuh!..

Modem ko apa? Internal or External? Brand? Caner ko install modem ko tu?

computer model compaq...modem internal....tak tau jenis apa?....tapi tah ler kenape tak boleh ....aku dah cuba banyak kali....tapi tak boleh juga....tolong.......

Yang aku tau itu mmg WinXP punyer faulty sbb lepas aku format baru baik..ekekkekekek (C) Nuckletight 2003

jadi maksudnya memang kena format ker?....takde cara lain ker nak selesaikan masalah tu.....tolong....

utk satu lagi ...
try fix error 5 dulu, peh tu dah reboot semua cukup, try balik connect, pas tu, kalau ade lagi error ni, paste full message kat sini

haku pernah dapat error 711 ni seharian lamanya... setelah berjaya memaki-hamun TmNet sebanyak 44 kali akhirnya baru la boleh masuk dalam internet... ekekekek...
