my friend gi gym angkat berat..dah lama dia try gain weight...lepas main weight..dia terus berisi itu...cubalah mana tahu...

selera makan mcmana? bagus tak? -- try ler makan pagi, tengahari, petang, malam dan sebelum tidor makan lagi mcm roti sekeping dua dgn susu.

Slera blh thn..tp sy ni jnis skali mkn kenyang2..pastu dh takde snek2 ni..sehari mkn 3x je..brekpes,lunch,dinner..

kena makan banyak kali agar perut tu kembang - kalau tak kembang payah lah nak menambah berat badan sebab sekali makan terus dah kenyang.BTW makan lah makanan yang boleh mengemukkan. Boleh search dari internet.

Saya dulu kurus kering puas usaha nak gemuk sebab orang keliling kalau tengok sure tanya "ko ni apasal kurus sangat susah hati ke?"... saya makan banyak kali, lepas tu tiap makan mesti ada ikan masin ikan tenggiri utk membuka lagi selera. Gemuk lah sudahnya. La ni sibuk nak menguruskan balik badan.

samela..klu jmp kwn2 lme asik kene tegur knape kurus sgt..siap ckp tak cntik kurus2..lg 1 sy ni ssh naik tp sng turun..klu tak mkn nasik 3-4ari dh turun sekilo..ok lps ni sy tryla mkn byk2..

as long kita sihat, xda sakit teruk2, period pn tetap n teratur makanya x perlu lah risau.....

sbb aku pn mcm ko jugak...skang ni org tua2 punya opinion adalh suh kawin je, dorg ckp kawin nnt gerenti naik berat badan..

btw, aku penah di suspek ada tyroid tau, tp lps checkup semua ok...then doc siap jual herbalife kt aku suh aku minum bg tmbah berat...apapn, buang duit ratus2 lps sebulan dua, mcm tu jugak berat aku...then doc tu pn senyap je hahahhaa

emm dulu berat saya 45 kg sekarang 60 kg tinggi 162 kg..
apapun yang sy perasan sy makan vitamin c badan terus mencanak naik...serasi kot...
rutian makan harian saya:
pagi -nasi lemak/mee goreng/behoon
       pukul 10 makan biskut/kuih/jajan
tengahari-nasi berlauk
petang-kuih/biskut/roti
malam-nasi berlauk
lewat malam-biskut/roti/kek
apa kata tt cuba makan vitamin c....

Takde amik supplement. Just maintain makan healthy macam biasa. Tak semua orang ambil protein supplement. Anyway kalau nak tambah berat badan, selalu nutritionist tak recommend protein supplement, dia suruh increase carbs. Protein tu tak silap i utk muscle building.

dulu berat i pn bwh 40kg... masa blum kawen mcm tu ler beratnyer sumer dok ckp apsal kurus sgt... aku mkn byk manapun ttp x nk naik berat gak..weight gain dh minum dah la mahal naik stakat 1 kg pastu bila x minum turun balik...bila dh kawen naik la ckit.. berat dh jd 42kg jer... anak 2 berat 45kg.  aper yg aku buat skrg ni bykkan minum susu full cream.. mkn roti..(jadikan snek- pukul 10am mkn roti dgn susu secawan, mlm sblm tido buat mcm tu gak)..

Betul tu. My friend dah lama bertahun tahun since Uni year dok tanya mcm nak naikkan berat badan. Pipi dia cengkung termasuk ke dalam. Bila dah kerja tengok dia update status main gym. tengok pipi and badan dia dah naik just nice. Tak kurus lagi. Lean body.

My punya uncle ada cakap kalau nak naik berat badan main weights.
