Dear, sy pun ada mengalami masalah ni kalau selalu minum minuman sperti kopi, milo..sembelit...== lepas minum product ni, no problem sudah..perut pun jadi kecil...hehehe..... Just sharing...^^

aku sembelit neh..

minum prune juice (kat cold storage ada jual kot). jusco pun ada rasanyer.

prune juice tu campur air sikit, pastu minum. takyah tambah gula.

minum 1 gelas pagi, 1 gelas malam. shud be ok after that.

elakkan banana, nasi, teh utk sementara.

kalo nak senang ~ beli laxative. tapi laxative xleh makan selalu. after dh baik, kena stop / kueangkan dosage.

Sejak menyusu badan neh sembelit je..makan pisang..minum vitagen pung xde kesan..huk3.. mcm nak branak je tiap kali masuk toilet

aniwei, kalo agak kerap kena sembelit (walau dah cuba tukar pemakanan & cara hidup) ~ bole consider untuk makan supplement.

pisang elok dimakan. tapi kalo selalu kena sembelit, elakkan. especially pisang yang belum "masak" sangat.

buasir ~ kalo terlalu kerap kena sembelit. kalo jarang2, takde apa. jgn risau2.

anyway, kalo kerap kena sembelit ~ boleh cuba Ostematrix dari Shaklee. Sebab dia ada magnesium (membantu melembutkan najis). And sangat bagus utk tulang.

kalo memang bermasalah ngan sistem pembuangan, mebbe cuba Herb-Lax. tapi takleh makan hari2. sbb dia bersifat laxative.

sis,

better cari prune / kismis / fig.... buah2an nie, just rendam dalam air & blend buat jus. minum. lebih berkesan.

pisang x semua org serasi utk sembelit.

tringt ank buah sy yg kecik tu sembelit.. hulur pisang...mkn dlm tandas je..hahha.. sbb dia nangis je..huhu

anak me tahun lepas kena. masa dia umur 3 tahun. mmg sadis sangat.

puas suruh dia minum air & bagi prune juice semua. tapi kejap2 jad balik. mmg kesian. smpai takut dia nk ke bilik air. trauma.

sampai kena bawak doktor. sbb condition dia masih tak improve after 2-3 weeks (berbalik2). sampai hampir2 nak jadi buasir. so doctor bagi laxative (stool softener).kejap je elok. alhamdulillah.

tapi takleh amalkan selalu laxative. tak elok. tapi for my doter punya kes - doktor suruh continue for 1 month. sebab nak lembutkan najis & make sure my doter tak takut utk ke tandas balik.

anyway, kalo dah start 2-3 hari x ke tandas, sila laa beli prune juice. atau makanan2 yg high in fiber. sbb me tgk anak me kena - memang teruk.

tu kalo sapa2 yg memang selalu kena sembelit - me nasihatkan rajin2 makan supplement. kalo dah sampai tahap buasir ke, naya sungguh.
