oh ya... this list only cash savings je lah...
mmg tak seberapa liquid asset i sbb awal2 kerja sejak 2005 dulu iols lebih byk focus pada beli tanah (residential and agricultural land).. arwah mak i pernah kerja pejabat tanah, so mmg dia galakkan i beli tanah murah2 bila ada org tawarkan utk beli... i mmg buat loan beli tanah, ada pakai duit bonus.... ada pakai duit mas kawen....
Then in 2011, iols beli rumah landed kat ampang.... and in 2019 iols jual rumah landed tu, thats how i maxed out my ASB1, ASB2 dan skang tengah memenuhkan ASB3....
I also invested dalam construction beach resort 23 units chalet (owned by myself, my dad and my brother) start operation 2013.... pastu now baru settle architecture drawing for 2nd beach resort (tanah mmg dah sedia beli sebelum iols kawen dulu lg).... |

Omg. So inspiring laaa. Masa mula2 kerja you banyak save duit tak? Any tips tak nak dapat macam yo ...
Masa i mula2 kerja... i masuk koperasi ofis sbb masa dulu 2005 onwards tu dividend double digit.... potong bulan2 rm300... and i masuk insurance savings potong rm260 sebulan.. masa tu i gaji bersih rm1800 je...
Masa awal kerja 2005 tu, i cuma beli tanah kebun getah beberapa hektar.... sbb murah, dalam hutan, so even beberapa hektar pun tak sampai rm100k pun harga.... another tanah dekat pantai, yang i nak buat my 2nd resort tu.. tanah beli pakai duit bonus dan jugak personal loan koperasi....
later on i kawen tp i lambat dapat baby, so komitment i tak tinggi.. tak pernah travel gi oversea pun until 2011.... 2011 onwards baru i start travel oversea sbb masa tu ada duit laa sikit, sbb dah start 5 figure salary since then.... sebelum 2011 all business trip company bayar je utk overseas trip.... 2011 baru start personal travel.... then masa 2011 ni lah i baru start beli rumah, beli kereta etc.... so i mmg takde duit lebih sbb commitment i tinggi.... dengan guna duit bonus i topup construction resort... jual tanah2 yang i dapat pusaka utk buat resort joint venture dgn adik and ayah i.... duit i mmg habis kat aset, which is resort, rumah, kereta, and travelling....
in 2017 i bercerai.... mmg i terciduk sbb takde liquid savings... tp i bernasib baik sbb the moment i bercerai, terus naik pangkat lagi.... from belas2 K terus jadi 2X K gaji i lepas bercerai... dapat bonus ke apa masa tu i terus pulun menyimpan.. ASB 1... ASB 2, maybank smartcash etc.... no more travelling overseas dengan family... byk duit belanja bayar lawyer... puluh2 ribu bayar lawyer.. mujur bleh kawtim bayar ansuran... so i tak perlu buat loan.... pastu rumah landed i beli kat KL tu ex i rebut, so i jual je lah dekat dia... that's how i terus dapat savings ratus2 ribu di beberapa tempat....
This year, early 2020, iols naik senior management post kat company, 2 tangga position terus... alhamdulillah... dah melepasi 3X K...
And kebetulan tanah kebun i beli beberapa hektar tu back in 2005-2006 tu, dipilih FGV utk dimajukan tanaman sawit... so i hit the jackpot and got dividends for 25 yrs... kebetulan, rezeki terpijak

TQ appreciate my sharing... I started small.... yg penting start early... masa ni mmg u rasa kecik tp 3,5 yrs down the road, its getting bigger... mcm ASB lah... if u have stable job, amek la asb financing... sbb its a great tool for leveraging & forced saving for u....
I dulu mula2 kerja started beli tanah dulu , amek personal loan koperasi.... sbb arwah mak i yang advise, dia kerja pejabat tanah... i mmg beli buku keluaran pejabat tanah about pelan pembangunan daerah for the next 10 yrs.... if u nak start dgn hartanah la.. tp honestly kena sabar and its not liquid at all... i beli tanah tu 2005... 15 yrs after that baru i nampak pembangunan situ.. and time i jatuh terciduk bercerai in 2017, those tanah cannot help me at all, tp other liquid savings yg bantu |

Hari ni ada forumer pm i... and i baru teringat one thing... its not about gaji sebesar mana baru kita dpt buat investment tp its about how early you start.. and yes, another thing kita kena sacrifice is living in luxury if we have a target in our financial plan...
Tipu la kalo i tak terasa down bila tengok rakan2 i semua rumah banglo, semi D rega 2-5 million di serene kiara, sunway montana la, kiara view (publika), ada yang green residence cyber.. honestly hati i sangat2 melonjakkkkkk nak duduk rumah camtu..... deko rumah pun sama.... my friends berhabis 200-500k upah ID deko rumah.. and i just mampu datang tengok2 je la adoring their lifestyle, tp i tak sanggup habiskan duit utk life begitu....
Dari segi kereta... i am envious tengok kawan2 duk pakai porsche lah, range rover la, busuk2 pun beemer and mercedes.. audi, volkswagen tu biasa jadi 2nd car diorg... but i choose not to buy any of those... i pakai keta biasa je, cukup la suv sebijik utk long distance drive.... paling dasat bila husband i hadiahkan perodua axia utk i pakai and i literally cried bila kena pakai kereta tu awal2.... tp lepas pakai tu for a few weeks, i suka, and i managed to lower my lifestyle...
So yeah, its not about how much you make in a month.. tp how much u boleh lead a simple life and save as much as u can every month....
Sikit2 lama2 jadi bukit |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
And lagi satu... zaman2 dulu i pakai skincsre mahal.. sk2 la dermalogica la... spa laaa.. facial treatment package la... semua tu lifestyle je... and then i stopped and pakai drugstore brand sahaja... alhamdulillah... i am advocating to use any product wisely and study ingredients.. mahal tak semesti nya elok, coz u're just paying for the marketing campaign |

What are the five levels in the hierarchy of financial needs, you may wonder? The first in the five-tier pyramid is the cash flow and basic needs that entail our food, housing, utilities and daily expenses. It's the foremost basic need that ensures the fundamentals, including the physiological needs, are covered financially.
The second tier is financial safety, covering insurance and emergency funds to prepare for unforeseen events and risks.
As a safety cushion, emergency funds should cover three months of living expenses in case of an accident, an unexpected health or family issue, or losing a job. The third tier is about accumulating wealth.
At this level, the focus shifts to growing assets for long-term success and longevity. The fourth is about financial freedom, for which long-term care and children's education are found within this category.
These financial needs are linked to esteem needs, such as self-respect and personal accomplishment. The final pinnacle is the legacy.
This entails estate planning, tax planning, and business succession planning, connecting with self-actualisation in Maslow's pyramid.
The reality is that many of us can't achieve all the five tiers. It's good enough if we can manage efficient cash flow to cover our basic needs although it'd be a worthwhile experience for all of us to learn financial planning on any given situation. |

takde lah banyak menyimpan sebab gaji kecil, tapi seboleh mungkin taknak tambah hutang yg ada & berbelanja dgn hemah, time pkp haritu mmg byk jimat duit sebab tak keluar rumah dan mora, dpt lah topup saving byk sikit
uols yg kagum dgn tea ni, mcm smooth je perjalanan saving dia kan , antara rahsianya ialah dia baik dgn org, baikkkk sangat, tak berkira, i rasa antara rahsia untuk kita 'berharta' selain menyimpan & berjimat, jaga hubungan dgn pencipta dan baik dgn org, inshaallah, sebab kita pun taktau kan sapa yg doakan kita & doa sapa yg diangkat
i tulis ni bukan bodek ke apa, takde faedah pun bukannya i dpt duit org cuma tulah selain berjimat & menyimpan, berbaik dgn manusia lain
