hari ni dah start FFL ni....pagi td mkn sebijik green apple (takde juicer lagi so takleh nak buat juice)...
tgh ari (12 noon) plak mkn nasik+sayur campur+ulam (tahan je hati nampak ayam panggang kat kedai td isk isk)...sblum tu mmg minum air 10 minutes before amik lunch....tp nak tunggu sampai 3 jam after mkn tu tak larat laa...so saya minum about 1 hour after mkn tuu....
mula2 lepas mkn tu mcm tak cukup je...kenyang tp rasa mcm nak mkn lagi....tamak btul....tp abaikan je...so sampai skrg tak rasa lapar lg...

tgh pk kan ptg ni nak mkn apa plak utk dinner (around 7pm)....no idea laa....igt nak pi cari sosej goreng kat umah....takpun mkn sate ke...korg ada idea tak apa benda lg makanan yg berprotein only :stp:

yela, nak tanya lg satu ni...dalam satu hari kita tak amik carbo ok tak....katakan esok tgh ari me ratah ayam for lunch (esok nak kuar dating...bf wa dah ajak mkn kenny rogers hehe)...mlm tu just amik buah je...ok tak

untung ler munie..tak yah diet sakan..just maintain apa yang dah ada..

boleh..sebab dlm fruits tu memang dah ada carbo pun. and dont forget get the salad side dish when u eat kenny rogers tu! oits...muffin tu tak leh! simpan la utk dinner lak!

esok dah start keje, x tahu lah boleh ke maintain diet FFL ni. coz kat kantin tu bukan ada fruits, mostly typical malaysian breakfast. kalau i minum fruit juice kat rumah, then bawa some mandarin oranges or apples...sampai 12 baru boleh makan carbo....isssh boleh tahan ke perut ni???

then try to bring some bananas. but that's what i do..i bring fruits from home to work. sometimes i eat sampai 3 pieces of fruits in the morning alone.
