up balek thread nih.. sbb cam lately nih teringin nak tambah balek berat badan... tapi tak cukup budget nak try product2 yg leh tolong tambah berat badan nih..

so to those yg senaseb dgn saya nih.. here are some tips in case ada yang belum tau:

1: nak tambah berat badan, bukan sekadar dgn makan byk, tapi kena makan benda yg betol

2: key word dia: kena tau roughly jumlah calorie yg diburn dalam sehari... so kalau nak tambah berat badan, kita kena consume more than that each day... byk free calculators online... antaranya yg nih:

3: bila dah tau berapa jumlah calorie yg diburn.. kita leh plan our daily diets so that our intakes exceed the amount of calories that we burn each day....

4: kalau malas nak buat schedule, amalkan je bila nak beli food, always opt for the ones yg lebih calorie (tgk kat nutrition facts). contoh: kalau korang dah biasa breakfast dgn cereal, kali nih bila nak beli cereal, carik yg paling tinggi nilai kalori nya or nilai protein(pastu bersenam, untuk jadikan muscle weight)

5: amalkan makan snacks yg tinggi nilai kalori or protein

dulu masa saya bersungguh nak gain weight, saya buat amalan macam nihlaa.. mmg berkesan... naik 5kg.. now dah back to square one sbb kena alahan teruk masa preggie,,, tak lalu makan... abis berat turun...

also, masa exercise, jgn buat cardio semata je... buat strength jugak... sbb nak build muscle... nnt muscle nih yg akan buat ada body cun walaupon kurus...

p/s: me bukan pakar, sekadar share apa yg tau, kalau ada sesapa yg lebih tahu and nak betolkan memana parts... please proceed...

iols skang neh dalam usaha naikkan berat jugak..lagi 1kg from my target..
so far mmg makan 3 big meals..2-3 snacks..
pastu at every meal wajib ada protein n carbs..pastu amek multivitamin..
then lift weights 3 times a week..
setakat neh ok la..takde la tgk nombor2 hazab di bawah 44.5kg

waaahhh bestnyaaa!!! chaiyok2!!!

me baru start balek pegi gym.. baru one visit...

this time round amik gym murah2 jer... tak berani dah amik fitness first... bayar mahal2... tapi peginya jarang2... membazir betol...

harituh pegi check berat: 42!

tapi betterlaa than after deliver harituh... 40 jer... giler betol...

target: 48

eh, uols amalkan any protein bars tak? nak mintak recommendation?

dedulo suka satu protein bar nih, nama promax... sedaps tak macam protein bar lain, tapi tak jual kat mesia... sedeh betol...

p/s: nnt rajin2, ku tempek senaman2 strength from mag fitness...

no protein bars or whey protein..just normal food..tapi kalau dia degil nak naik, i'd definitely take whey..
right after workout slalu makan vanilla yogurt+almonds..ok la tu kan ada protein n fat..
uols makan good fats cam almond, avocado n salmon tak neh pun bagus gak..
lagi satu jgn lupa minum low fat milk 2-3 kali sehari

apa2 pun makan lebey sket yer..best taw makan byk2 neh..asalkan jgn benda merapu cam mcd, kfc bagai insyaAllah yg naik tu muscle bukan fat

wahhh...bestnye thread ni....ok la boleh ambik 3 heavy meals & 3 snacks....sy x mmpu makan byk2 tnpa supplement....kene ambik penambah selera baru boleh....klu tak bg takat mnm milo cicah roti je....lunch & dinner makan nasi tp x boleh makan byk mane pon...snacks pon mcm x smpt je nak ngunyap kat opis ni.....hehehe! nak naip kt forum sempat pulak....

protein bar tu penah try....kawan bg...hehehe! kat mane ada jual & brand ape yg best ek?

nak join d club gak...
uhukkk... seksa tul nak gain weight...
asyik 42-45kg je, berat ideal sepatut nyer 52kg
skang berat 45kg je...
harap2 jgn ler turun lg jarum timbang...

best tgk fauziah latif skang muka dia pun dah chubby...
dulu keding je...
dia kan selalu msuk gym, mesti ada diet khusus utk bina otot...
sesapa yg tahu senaman khusus tu share2 lah kat sini...

lagi satu..tak elok sgt taw very underweight and takde muscle tone..sebab nanti senang kena osterioperosis..kaedahnya bila kurus sgt, nanti takde muscle to stress/bebankan tulang..maka ia senang rapuh..neh bukan iols kata..neh uncle kat FC ceramah masa iols tgh beli dumbell

protein bars rasanya boleh tgk dekat GNC or any pharmacy kot.. cam watson or guardian... but i tak pernah try pon sbb takot nak beli.. takot tak sedap!

yg promax tuh pon try sbb baca review dulu... and rata2 ckp sedap.. tuh pasal berani beli... and mmg terbuktilaa sedap! malangnya takda kat malaysia.. ikot hati nak je beli kat amazon, mintak derang pos ke sini... tunggu budget dulu...hehehe

rasanya muesli bars pon ok dak? tapi muesli bars nih macam too sweet.... tak gemar den....

almonds makan bila makan coklat sahaja... hehehehe... nntlaa nak start balek rutin beli balang sebijik letak atas meja, pastu tarok mixed snacks dlm tuh... yg campor2 kismis laa, almond laa, etc2... cam semangat pulak bila tgk byk geng2 senaseb nih...

aaa.. yg nih kurang pasti... dgr2 jer... tak ingat baca kat mana or dengar kat mana... pasal terlebih protein pon bahaya jugak.. so kalau nak ambik protein kena make sure bersenam selalu.... kalau rasa takleh commit... amik sedang2 aje.... kira takdalaa amik protein drinks cam body builder tuh kan...

bukan protein yg capsul (pills) tu...ni protein yg supplement tu..shaklee...memang senam sokmo pon..takde laa heavy...jog pagi2 1jam..setengah tahun lepas memang aktif kat gym now dah benti....makin kurus ada lee skang menten jog je pagi2 seblom gi keje...kadang2 berbasikal..lagipon dah bertahun2 pon ambek high protein

haa... uols tak perlu amik meals yg cepat kenyang, ada je meals yg high energy tapi tak cepat kenyang

contoh: instead of amik roti celup milo boleh ganti dengan cereals+susu. harituh nampak kat giant, corn flakes yg cam untuk org jaga badan nih... kira heathy diets laa... dulu i pernah makan, tak sure brand apa, corn flakes+dried strawberry.. sedap!

dulu, semangat lebih sikit, even roti pon i akan compare the nutrition facts and amik the ones yg offer the highest energy / protein nih...

rasanya beras pon, ada bezanya jugak.... dulu i ada bookmark this one site yg senaraikan jenis2 food and the total energy they offer.... tak silap kalau dah secawan nasi pon dah byk kot... tak ingatlaa...

eh, kiranya u amik high protein, then selalu workouts... tapi tak gain weight ek? makin kurus? aiyoo...
