dah abis bayar pun aqua...
kaka beli tahun 2000 pastu hujung 2003 rumah siap...
april 2004 kaka masuk kt rumah...
kaka kawen mei 2002 menyewa kejap kt subang 2...
tu yg kaka rasa sayang nk tinggalkan rumah ni
tp kaka terpaksa jgk kuar
sb tak sanggup dah kena 'ganggu'...
kt area rumah skrg lrt in-progress...
pastu bas rapid pun ada...
bas tu pulak kiranya kt rumah kaka 2nd last punya bus stop...
pastu segala kemudahan pun ada...
stesen minyak shell,caltex,petronas, petron...
pasaraya kecik2, pasar basar, pasar malam, sekolah
sekolah menengah dr ruang tamu pun nampak jelas
dr sebalik bangunan sekolah menengah tu yg nampak sikit stesen lrt yg kerajaan tengah bina...

takpelah untuk kebaikan kaka dgn family,
kalau pindah tu terbaik, kena juga korban
rasa sayang kat rumah skrg ni
cepat juga kaka hbs bayar rumah yg skrg ni
anak kaka yg sulung tu skrg umur brp?
12 ke 13 thn?
aqua ingat kaka kata yg sulung girl, tp tak
perasan tang umur dia

kaka kuar duit epf...
tu yg cepat abis bayar...
asben kaka pun kuarkan duit epf dia utk tolong langsaikan loan tu...
sb dulu2 dia penah buat refinance jd kaka suh dia kuarkan epf...
lgpun masa tahun 2012 kalo tak silap masa tu loan tinggal dlm 40k++ jer...
anak kaka yg sulung girl skrg dah darjah 6...
tak lama lg dah nak peksa upsr...

owh, tua setahun dari niece aqua yg paling besar
skrg upsr masih konsep mcm kita dulu2 ke?
aqua baru tau spm skrg guna konsep A+, A, A- etc
nampak sgt tak update dgn silibus n cara pemberian gred
utk spm, ingatkan still guna A1,A2, B3 tu semua
