Big panic here amongst Novak and Roger’s fan about this RG draw.
RG draws are very simple to understand, ranked player of last Monday ATP review are seeded this way :
Odd numbered ranking like #1, #3, #5, #7, #9 and so on down to #21, or #33, or even #55 are seeded in the top half of the draw
Even numbered like #2, #4, #6, #8 and so on would be at the bottom half
Since Roger Federer who was ranked #2 last monday skipped this GS tournament, each and everyone player ranked #3 starting with Zverev, then #5 Dimitrov will be now be bumped as seeded for this tournaments by one notch higher. Going to the bottom half.
So basically since Federer is not playing, all of these player are facing each other, and can only meet Nadal in a Final |

Tu semua seeded players..so kiranya based on kertas they shud go further la. But as you said, WTA ni anything could happen. |

Nick Kyrgios pun withdraw! Ramainya men players yg withdraw kali ni. Aku benci betul player yg suka withdraw last minute or takat main 1 game atau 1 set pastu withdraw. Dah tahu injured tu raised la kat organizer awal2, so boleh serap any lucky loser to the main draw. It's not for the fan yg bayar tiket mahal2. |
