gen nak beli bitamin e nak mkn.. tuk membuang jawat kot2 boleh

ada ler gen sbb time anak baank pasti ada stock pil sayur yg dibeli di farmasi di kajang nun

dah yea pun gen x sudah2 sebut beruang batu, sembelit
adoiii sakit pala utk x membayangkannya

errrr gen dah seminggu lebih ana asyik bekpas kat subway
rasanya badan ttp makin mantop

menten xper nie makin cam dipam2
hr tue try x makan nasi just mkn mee hoon dan laksa
hari ke 3 ana pitam masa nak drive so makan gaklah sudahnya
xlalu pulak nak makan vege sajork
ana biasa amik chicken slice & egg atau breakfast strip dan egg gak
sbb ana otw nak gie sana sini so ana singgah bekpas situ ler

sbb mkn pagi ok jah amek berat tghari mkn nasik satu sendok bykkn syor n protein mlm mkn ringan lagik
like roti ke camtuh.. mgkn ada clp kdg kita rasa kita diet
tp bdn tak turun.. mcm gen la diet gila2 tp bdn ttp mcm tuh cam tong drum

plus bila kita diet belah siang mlm nnt just makan sayur
tp anak2 mula buat hal klu ibu dia x makan so jamah sikit
stress sgt
lg satu ana rasa may be ana banyak makan benda manis kot
tue yg badan dah mcm tong apa pun x taw
hr tue kakak dr sabah dah gelakkan ana sbb badan ana dah serupa bdn dia jugak
hr tue med kata dia pun tgh diet
mmg x makan sgt
pagi dgn sekeping capati jer gitu

huhuhuh mmg itulah gen alami dulu bila mlm tamo mkn nasik
owang umah soh gak mkn nasik.. kite mmg la ibarat mengantok
disorong bantal aje kan??
emmm manis mmg menggemokkan ana.. cuba ana skip air manis..
pstu kek mende yg manis2 nak mkn mende manis mkn buah..
pstu pagi mkn byk tkpe tenaga seharian.. breakpes like a king right??
tghari sesenduk nasik sayur lbhkan.. mlm mkn sparuh sendok.. at least jaga hati anak2
pstu tutup dgn sayur yg byk.. msk la sayur kegemran ana.. sblm tu kalo boleh
anak beli la buah mkn buah dulu.. biar berisi dulu perotnya..cuba la
gen pun tgh cuba gini.. arap ade perubahan..

ana igt sekrg
hr tue makan kat SR 5 hr berturut2
mkn kek aje lak tue
bukan ana yg bayor tp klien and d cake is so iressistable
sungguh enak menawan kat tekak
tp akibatnay sekrg hah amekaw
ok esok ana try pagi bekpas heavy, lunch mkn light
dan mlm mkn pun light
nak try for few days
anak buah ana badan mmg big size dan mama dia kata dia diet kaw2
and by a month dia dah turun 3 kg
wah satu usaha yg bagus
dan paling ketara mama dia kata dia cut x makan nasi dan no more carbonated drinks
