sebenarnya pd iols, nk kurus ni kena istiqamah & sabar.. jgn harap nk result cepat.. yg penting setiap diet yg kita buat tu selamat... jgn diet extreme.. bahaya wooo.. mcm iols, berat skang static at 57kg dh brape bln dah.. iols layankan aje... buat if & dsss... exercise smggu skali jek... |

haku da 8 Hari puasa berat da turun 9kg....time sahur makan cornflakes ngan susu je,kdg2 roti ngan telor x pun air teh o tawar, n ptg2 sebelum nk berbuka exercise sekejap dlm 30 minit cm zumba pastu time berbuka haku just makan salad ke kdg2 makan lauk je Nasi mmg x sentuh sgt2 tp dlm hati meleleh air liur...hahahahah.... n pas solat sampai isyak semua exercise sekejap dlm 15@20 minit pastu rehat n sleep...cmtu la rutin haku sekarang!
2 minggu lepas berat 76kg sekarang 68kg, haku target nak 50kg sebelum bulan 12 nie...hihihi... |

senang turun senang Naik la uuu...start 2 minggu lepas mmg istiqamah btl2 sbb haku mmg x de diet n x de exercise sebelum nie n haku kerap sakit tengkuk tanda darah tinggi kot n tu yg mmg btl2 tekad nk kurus pastu kalo boleh lepas nie kalo mkn nk suku2 separuh je biler da capai target 50kg....kot la kan |

my friend rajin ikut sunnah puasa isnin khamis, memule nak start tu mmg hazab dia cakap. tapi kitorang nampak after few months banyak jugak dia dpt shed. lepas tu auto makan pun jadi sikit portion sebab dah terbiasa ala2 puasa katanya. |
