YELA, SMLM AKAK NGELAT GAK SKIT.  SBB ABG BLANJA MKN NASI AYAM KAT JUSCO, AKAK SHARE DGN ANAK KECIK AKAK MKN, DIA ASIK MKN NASIK N SUP, SO, AKAK MKN LAA AYAM DIA SKIT2 (ROASTED) BUT ANAK TK HABIS NASI DLM 3 SUDU, AKAK PUN KEBAAAS LAA.  KALAU KAT UMAH LAIN CITER, LEH PAKSA ANAK YG LAIN ABISKAN, KAN, TAPI INI KAT LUAR...

ANAK OFFER SMARTIES, AKAK MAKAN 2BIJIK JER, SLALU BAB COKLAT NI, MEMANG SELALU CENGKELAT...TAPI SABOO JER LAA...

SMLM YELA, DAH KUL 12 PAGI DAAH...(AKAK NI MMG KEJENYA BERJAGA SAMPAI TK TAU KUL BRAPA), TIME TIDO MMG TUNGGANG LANGGANG SKIT SBB IKUT ANAK YG KECIK TU. SO, LAPO SANGAT. DAH MINUM PLAIN WATER, AFTER 10 MINS,  AKAK BAKAR LAA ROTI 2 KEPING BUH BUTTER N BAWANG BESAR.  TAK PA KA? PEH TU, MAKAN LAGI OREN LAGI SEBIJIK NK ERASE BALIK LAA ROTI TU.  AMACAM?  HEAVY MEAL YG SKANG TAK BRAPA HEAVY DAH, AKAK LEH TAHAN MINUM AIR LEPAS 3 JAM. :kant:

pagi ni saya mkn buah betik sepotong dgn kuih apam(dah langgar pantang rasanya)
tgahari klau saya mkn nasi kerabu yg kelate tu boleh tak,ada nasi dgn sayur2,lps tu ada budu ,ok tak lunch mcm tu,dinner plak klau mkn telur bungkus ok tak?
tolonglah advice cara pemakanan saya ni,hr ni baru nak start.

wahh..banyak soalan ni!

okay...seafood is also protein. so if makan nasi...just makan sambal aje...and plenty of the timun...dont take the seafood...yg sotong ke udang ke.

and if masak asam tu..ha, makan the rice and the kuah and the sayur...try jgn masak lama the sayur..jgn  kasi sampai lembik lonye.

i suka betul makan tahu goreng cicah sambal belacan and kicap! and ulam...it's a meal on its own!

sheila wei! terseksa haku baca ko nye posting!!

tak pe..sabar...buat slow2...memang tak boleh makan dah after 8pm...tapi alang2 lapar tu...makan la bananas ke papayas ke. u ambik roti dgn butter n bawang tu dah macam cun walaupun dah tak patut makan ...tapi bila u makan oranges la pas tu...jadi tak bagus. skip the orange..eating it will  not neuteralise the carbo intake before that.

shelia, awak kalau susah2...awak ikut yg morning strictly...awak let go on lunch...awak ikut yg dinner strictly..pas tu bila stomach dah macam adjust, awak buat 100%.

sheila..your hubby pun cam my hubby ler..telinga nih dah nak bernanah asyik dengar dia membebel pasal kita nih gemuk ler..gendut ler, boroi ler..ada kepak kat peha ler..tensen sungguh!!

my weight 52kg, tinggi dlm 163 gitu..gemuk ke?

cam yela nyer advice pasal cara pemakanan yang betul tu memang elok sangat..tapi kekadang terskip gak..pasal tak tahan nafsu..nak2nya kalau hubby tu ajak pi supper laks! cemana nak diet..hehehehe..

budu ni protein..but i'd let it go pasal tak substantial pun..sikit je guna kan...so wokay la! but dont take the daging salai la, ikan la..ok?
kuih apam...ish..cannot!

caya atau tidak..baju2 zaman anak dara sume i boleh pakai..

cam yela cakap tu..kena workout..i nyer problem tang perut, pinggul ke peha..susah sungguh nak kuruskan bahagian tepi situ..

dia soh i buat sit up, guna stepper..tapi i pemalas...alalalalala...tu pasal nak kena tahan je tinger nih!

hari ni dah try dah

breakfast tadi 2 biji pear....rasa mcm banyak la....fresh oren...mmm sedapnya...kul 12 dah lapar giler..
lunch nih makan nasi+sayur kobis+terung sambal...sedap gak cam nih.....kat cafe tak der ulam..tambah sambal belacan utk menambah selera....sedap jugak mkn mcm nih....
dinner karang nak makan ayam marinate beli kat carrefour ngan stir fry kacang buncis...

okay..jawab la ni! tak boleh cik kak oi..ikan bilis n ikan kering ni protein...makna dia ni binatang aje..perotein la dia!!...tu if kuah yu pedas sgt kang,..jadik macam adik kita kat atas tu...kepedasan! tu mesti kena minum air tu!!
